Silverio Montrel received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 37th minute. Cristo Aureo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Silverio Montrel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dalmacio Cambranes in the 44th minute of play forced Darkness's goalkeeper Esteban Balendin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After having played for 45 minutes, Sidharta Roman managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. SIDI's supporters crossed their fingers, but Sidharta Roman was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 45 minutes into the match, Marco Lekubegi notched a goal, 2-2, to the right of Darkness's Esteban Balendin. Esteban Balendin was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Fausto Teofilio couldn't finish the play. 85 minutes into the match, Darkness's goal looked a bit too open when Sidharta Roman came free, but Esteban Balendin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Esteban Balendin made an important save on a dangerous shot by Marco Lekubegi in the 86th minute. If Silverio Montrel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Marco Lekubegi could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 90th minute of the match, but Esteban Balendin made a huge save. Darkness were clearly unhappy with the draw, as they felt they had done enough to earn themselves a victory.
