The Galácticos del Pueblo fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Bartolo Salomone should have stopped the shot. Rolando Rexino showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ambrosio Gar in the 32nd minute of the match. Rolando Rexino took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Angelo Chago, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Bartolo Salomone made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Isaac Herena in the 42nd minute of play. In the 46th minute of the match, Pablo Bilintx got a very nice opportunity to score, but Bartolo Salomone was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Fermin Rayman made a kick off. Arturo Galoer charged in rather forcefully in the 55th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Arturo Galoer the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Cadáveres Voladores's Victor Sandalio got a free kick in the 59th minute. In the 60th minute, Nunez Inautzi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 95th minute, Isaac Herena hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. There was no doubt that Cadáveres Voladores were the better team. Cadáveres Voladores's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
