Cadáveres Voladores's Rolando Rexino proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 17th minute of the match, managed to save Cadáveres Voladores from getting a goal against them. When Nunez Inautzi fell near the penalty area in the 22nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Cadáveres Voladores's protests and gave Nunez Inautzi a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Cadáveres Voladores getting a freekick after 22 minutes play. Nunez Inautzi hit a great ball. Cadáveres Voladores's Eustacio Gau got his second yellow card of the match in the 24th minute. The referee ordered Eustacio Gau off the ground. After taking down the ball on Les Tigres's corner Fabian Reynardo fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Rolando Rexino quite easily take care of the ball. In the 35th minute, Victor Steven got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Fabian Reynardo's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 38thth minute, Rolando Rexino skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. A collision led to Les Tigres getting a freekick after 39 minutes play. Ivan Tohias hit a great ball. Cadáveres Voladores's Pablo Bilintx got a good chance for a goal in the 41st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Cadáveres Voladores's defense didn't have a chance, in the 43rd minute, when Rigoberto Iratze scored to the left of an out of position Rolando Rexino, making the score, 2-0. In the 47th minute, Les Tigres's Victor Steven dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 3-0. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-0.

The wind increased when Isaac Herena made the kick off in the second half. 53 minutes into the match, Cadáveres Voladores's goal looked a bit too open when Victor Steven came free, but Rolando Rexino reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Rolando Rexino showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rigoberto Iratze in the 55th minute of the match. Victor Steven received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 56th minute. Rolando Rexino tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 57 minutes, Rigoberto Iratze mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Les Tigres and the Cadáveres Voladores players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 57 played minutes Les Tigres got a freekick which was hit by Rigoberto Iratze. Romulo Lizar kicked well hit freekick during the 62nd minute of the match. Cadáveres Voladores's Rolando Rexino played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Paulino Orixe in the 69th minute of play. After some careless play in the Cadáveres Voladores defense, Rigoberto Iratze kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Rolando Rexino. The Cadáveres Voladores fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Rolando Rexino should have stopped the shot. Rolando Rexino took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Victor Steven, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Rolando Rexino showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Victor Steven, who was totally free with the ball in the 83rd minute. In the 84th match minute, Les Tigres was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rigoberto Iratze to maneuver through the defense. The supporters of Cadáveres Voladores booed when Les Tigres was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 86 match minutes in a wonderful position. Romulo Lizar didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 88th minute, Pablo Bilintx made a precise shot to the right of Martin Ostadar. Les Tigres's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-1. Rolando Rexino came out of the goal in the 97th minute to try and stop a shot by Les Tigres's Victor Steven. But to his dismay, Victor Steven quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 5-1. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Les Tigres had played much better football throughout.
