At first the shot seemed to be simple for Cadáveres Voladores's Rolando Rexino to catch but Guillermo Iratze was lucky. It became 0-1 after the goalkeeper had been careless and dropped the ball into goal. Damaso Ourente received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 17th minute. Bertin Yashin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 23rd minute, Enzo Estevez ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Bertin Yashin was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-2. Guillermo Iratze kicked well hit freekick during the 26th minute of the match. In the 32nd minute, Justo Tohias made a precise shot to the right of Rolando Rexino. Cadáveres Voladores's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-3. After 43 minutes, Fernando Belarmo mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Cougars FC and the Cadáveres Voladores players grew even worse after the yellow card. An unexpectedly hard shot by Guillermo Iratze in the 53rd minute of play forced Cadáveres Voladores's goalkeeper Rolando Rexino to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Rolando Rexino made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eliseo Remigio in the 54th minute of play. After 56 played minutes Cougars FC got a freekick which was hit by Fernando Belarmo. In the 58th minute, Eliseo Remigio got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Bertin Yashin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Pablo Bilintx, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ramon Rufo kicked well hit freekick during the 62nd minute of the match. 68 minutes into the match, Cadáveres Voladores's goal looked a bit too open when Pascual Luzaide came free, but Rolando Rexino reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
