Spectators: 166 (Terracing: 125, Seating: 38, VIP seats: 3) Tiburones Rojos's Joel Libertad started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Iker Darien came out of the goal in the 4th minute to try and stop a shot by Dunamis's Hector Frasco. But to his dismay, Hector Frasco quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. 7 minutes into the game, Patricio Pitin was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Dunamis's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Tiburones Rojos the free kick. When Joel Libertad came up free with the goalie in the 10th minute, the Tiburones Rojos fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Joel Libertad couldn't finish the play. Iker Darien made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Patricio Pitin in the 12th minute of play. In the 14th match minute, Tiburones Rojos was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Isidoro Serapio to maneuver through the defense. Iker Darien took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gavino Sayveon, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Iker Darien made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Patricio Pitin in the 18th minute of play. A collision led to Dunamis getting a freekick after 22 minutes play. Manuel Kinsen hit a great ball. If Silverio Xabat had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 29th minute, Modesto Marin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Hector Frasco succeeded in the game's 33rd minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 0-2. An unexpectedly hard shot by Silverio Xabat in the 37th minute of play forced Tiburones Rojos's goalkeeper Iker Darien to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 40th minute, Bonifacio Harriet hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 41 played minutes Dunamis got a freekick which was hit by Jesus Lamberto. Ramon Gora charged in rather forcefully in the 42nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Ramon Gora the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 45th minute, Hector Frasco left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Dunamis fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-3. Disappointed in the 0-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The wind increased when Hector Frasco made the kick off in the second half. Iker Darien showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hector Frasco, who was totally free with the ball in the 52nd minute. After some careless play in the Tiburones Rojos defense, Hector Frasco kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Iker Darien. The Tiburones Rojos fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Iker Darien should have stopped the shot. Dunamis made a substitution. Virgilio Arias replaced Silverio Xabat. An unexpectedly hard shot by Virgilio Arias in the 69th minute of play forced Tiburones Rojos's goalkeeper Iker Darien to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Patricio Pitin could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 72nd minute of the match, but Iker Darien made a huge save. Iker Darien was out of position in the 78 minute of play, and Patricio Pitin capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Patricio Pitin really showed his touch with that goal: 0-5. After a rather tough play, Dunamis's Virgilio Arias got a free kick in the 85th minute. Iker Darien made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Virgilio Arias in the 87th minute of play. Dunamis were awarded a corner in the 90th minute after Tiburones Rojos's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Hector Frasco took the corner. The corner led Dunamis's Hector Frasco to fire away a dangerous shot which Iker Darien despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hector Frasco in the 96th minute of play forced Tiburones Rojos's goalkeeper Iker Darien to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The Dunamis supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Dunamis would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
