Vikingos FC's Adolfo Cordarrell played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gaston Jakue in the 11th minute of play. The audience was convinced that Nicasio Guipuzkoa's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Adolfo Cordarrell was relentless in the 15th minute of the game. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Rodrigo Jakobe in the 20th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Damian Firman prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Adolfo Cordarrell made an important save on a dangerous shot by Leo Weather in the 24th minute. 27 minutes into the match, DREAM TEAM WORLD's Gaston Jakue sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Adolfo Cordarrell narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After a defensive mix-up in Vikingos FC's zone, Nicasio Guipuzkoa stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Adolfo Cordarrell came out of the goal and Nicasio Guipuzkoa tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Benjamin Hartz during the 38th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Benjamin Hartz hit a great freekick 39 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rodrigo Jakobe in the 41st minute of play forced DREAM TEAM WORLD's goalkeeper Damian Firman to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Gaston Jakue during the 43rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Rodrigo Jakobe to strike the kick off in the second half. Nicasio Guipuzkoa recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 54th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 64th minute Gaston Jakue shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Adolfo Cordarrell saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Nicasio Guipuzkoa received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 67th minute. Adolfo Cordarrell tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. DREAM TEAM WORLD made a substitution. Teo Quirze replaced Mauro Kemen. Adolfo Cordarrell showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gaston Jakue in the 70th minute of the match. After having played for 72 minutes, Severo Chano managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. DREAM TEAM WORLD's supporters crossed their fingers, but Severo Chano was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 77th minute, Leon Garci managed to get in a good position for a shot. Vikingos FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Leon Garci was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Damian Firman breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Teo Quirze kicked well hit freekick during the 78th minute of the match. 83 minutes into the game, Rodrigo Jakobe recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Damian Firman. Rodrigo Jakobe showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-1. In the 86th minute, Flavio Favila hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The long shot by Marco Oier in the 87th minute really tested Damian Firman's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. After 89 played minutes Vikingos FC got a freekick which was hit by Sixto Mero. Adolfo Cordarrell made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gaston Jakue in the 91st minute of play. 93 minutes into the match, Vikingos FC's goal looked a bit too open when Flavio Favila came free, but Adolfo Cordarrell reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 93 minutes into the game, DREAM TEAM WORLD's Gaston Jakue nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Adolfo Cordarrell made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-1.
