Guamán Lebron didn't get a good kick on the ball. GALACTICOS's Ubelteso Zalaca played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jesus Gargollo in the 7th minute of play. In the 20th minute Javier Barricat shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ubelteso Zalaca saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Guamán Lebron's late challenge caught a Red Reign's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Guamán Lebron helped the player get up and apologised. After 24 played minutes GALACTICOS got a freekick which was hit by Guamán Lebron. In the 27th minute, Javier Barricat got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Xicu Arzumendi in the 30th minute of play forced Red Reign's goalkeeper Paulo Chandivilla to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. GALACTICOS's Ubelteso Zalaca played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bohórquez Erauzquin in the 32nd minute of play. In the 34thth minute of the game Xicu Arzumendi who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Red Reign's Paulo Chandivilla was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 38 minutes into the match, Bohórquez Erauzquin had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Ubelteso Zalaca. GALACTICOS's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Bohórquez Erauzquin was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Javier Barricat kicked well hit freekick during the 44th minute of the match. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

Guamán Lebron got his second yellow card in the match during the 52nd minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. 57 minutes into the match, GALACTICOS's goalkeeper Ubelteso Zalaca had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Javier Barricat. After a defensive mix-up in GALACTICOS's zone, Pedro Coz stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ubelteso Zalaca came out of the goal and Pedro Coz tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 77 minutes into the match, GALACTICOS's goalkeeper Ubelteso Zalaca had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Virgilio Mancebo. After a rather tough play, GALACTICOS's Zacarias Maceira got a free kick in the 86th minute. When Xicu Arzumendi came up free with the goalie in the 90th minute, the GALACTICOS fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Xicu Arzumendi couldn't finish the play. After 92 played minutes Red Reign got a freekick which was hit by Javier Barricat. The GALACTICOS fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Red Reign were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
