The supporters of Club Puerto Quito booed when RockCity F.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 28 match minutes in a wonderful position. Agustín Dalaje didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 29th minute, Club Puerto Quito's Vitin Martin ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Perez Armenteros. Perez Armenteros yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-2. 34 minutes into the match, RockCity F.C.'s goalkeeper Perez Armenteros had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Vitin Martin. After some fancy dribbling in the 35th minute, Vitin Martin managed to get in a good position for a shot. Club Puerto Quito's supporters rose to their feet, but Vitin Martin was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Perez Armenteros breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Vitin Martin scored 2-2 in the 46th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Perez Armenteros, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 2-2 after a close first half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Leandro Verga to strike the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Agustín Dalaje in the 52nd minute of play forced Club Puerto Quito's goalkeeper Urbes Cenzano to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to RockCity F.C. getting a freekick after 54 minutes play. Agustín Dalaje hit a great ball. Urbes Cenzano made a fantastic save in the 63rd minute, when Leandro Verga sent off a good shot on target. Zornin Morentin charged in rather forcefully in the 64th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Zornin Morentin the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Zornin Morentin kicked well hit freekick during the 64th minute of the match. Perez Armenteros didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Vitin Martin went, in the 69th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-2 was the resulting score. 78 minutes into the match, Club Puerto Quito's goal looked a bit too open when Martin Roales came free, but Urbes Cenzano reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 79th match minute, Club Puerto Quito was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sanchez Sotelo to maneuver through the defense. The crowd rose to their feet as Leandro Verga kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Urbes Cenzano. That made the score 3-3 in the 81 minute of play. In the 88th minute, Cristian Llantada hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Xurxo Detres hit a great freekick 90 minutes into the match. Roque Olar, 91 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
