The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Mary Pan helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Cabildo FC getting a freekick after 23 minutes play. Mary Pan hit a great ball. 25 minutes into the match, Cabildo FC's goal looked a bit too open when Israel Ibáñez came free, but Remicio Del Campo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 30th minute the ball was on its way in behind Cabildo FC's goalkeeper Remicio Del Campo, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Remicio Del Campo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Disvandis Tornero, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Jose Maria Arellano hit a great freekick 32 minutes into the match. Disvandis Tornero charged in rather forcefully in the 45th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Disvandis Tornero the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Cabildo FC booed when Altermundi FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 45 match minutes in a wonderful position. Disvandis Tornero didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a rather tough play, Cabildo FC's Uriel Carter got a free kick in the 46th minute. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Damián Pizarro to strike the kick off in the second half. Damián Pizarro could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 53rd minute of the match, but Luciano Carretero made a huge save. In the 54th minute, Velasco Caamaño left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Cabildo FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. Disvandis Tornero fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 60th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Remicio Del Campo having to interfere. Remicio Del Campo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Disvandis Tornero in the 68th minute of play.
