The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. When the match clock showed 17 minutes, the score became 0-1 when Diego Armando Larrea sped through Algarrobo's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Uriel Albuerne. Leoncio Valdivieso hit a great freekick 19 minutes into the match. Salvador Lasa took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 20th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Uriel Albuerne. Algarrobo's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. The supporters of TurboUC booed when Algarrobo was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 21 match minutes in a wonderful position. Emmanuel Aguilera didn't get a good kick on the ball. Enrique Beauchef scored 0-2 in the 24th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Uriel Albuerne, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Salvador Lasa took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 27th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Uriel Albuerne. Uriel Albuerne took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Diego Armando Larrea, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 35 minutes into the match, Tito Queirolo had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Uriel Albuerne. Algarrobo's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Tito Queirolo was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-3. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Diego Armando Larrea in the 38th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Uriel Albuerne prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Diego Armando Larrea scored 0-4 in the 39th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Uriel Albuerne, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 43rd minute, Diego Armando Larrea made a precise shot to the right of Uriel Albuerne. Algarrobo's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-5. After a rather tough play, Algarrobo's Domingo Encina got a free kick in the 46th minute. TurboUC made a substitution. Nazario Alcantara replaced Bernardino Larraín.
The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Vicent Caussade was the one to do the kick off. Andy Monckeberg lost his temper 69 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. Uriel Albuerne showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tito Queirolo in the 72nd minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Algarrobo's Emmanuel Aguilera got a free kick in the 73rd minute. After having played for 74 minutes, Xamín Angeloni managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. TurboUC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Xamín Angeloni was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. TurboUC's Nazario Alcantara shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 75th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Uriel Albuerne but with some difficulty. The audience thought a goal was coming when Fulgencio Lantaño got free with Uriel Albuerne in the 78th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 79 minutes into the match, Enrique Beauchef dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Uriel Albuerne, 0-7. 82 minutes into the game, Diego Armando Larrea lined in a short shot 0-8 behind a frustrated Uriel Albuerne. Manu Abbott hit a great freekick 85 minutes into the match. 86 minutes into the match, Tito Queirolo notched a goal, 0-9, to the right of Algarrobo's Uriel Albuerne. Uriel Albuerne was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After a rather tough play, TurboUC's Tito Queirolo got a free kick in the 89th minute. The supporters of TurboUC booed when Algarrobo was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 96 match minutes in a wonderful position. Vinos Chaparro didn't get a good kick on the ball. 97 minutes into the match, Algarrobo's goalkeeper Uriel Albuerne had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Diego Armando Larrea. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. TurboUC had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
