After a rather tough play, Barrabases de Victoria's Nicasio Quintero got a free kick in the 14th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 16th minute, Cristóbal Pinaud managed to get in a good position for a shot. Algarrobo's supporters rose to their feet, but Cristóbal Pinaud was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Francisco Canitrot breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Reinaldo Pagueguy sent away a hard shot on goal in the 18th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 20 minutes into the match, Barrabases de Victoria's goalkeeper Francisco Canitrot had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Leoncio Valdivieso. In the 22nd play minute Máximo Olarra came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Francisco Canitrot. 1-0. In the 28th minute, Ferrán Andueza got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Francisco Canitrot showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Manu Abbott, who was totally free with the ball in the 31st minute. After 37 minutes, Vinos Chaparro mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Algarrobo and the Barrabases de Victoria players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 37th minute, Vinos Chaparro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Vinos Chaparro recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 40th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 43rd minute, Nazario Hagedorn hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 44th minute, Ferrán Andueza got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Algarrobo's Emmanuel Aguilera played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Reinaldo Pagueguy in the 46th minute of play. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Reinaldo Pagueguy to strike the kick off in the second half. Reinaldo Pagueguy fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 57th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Emmanuel Aguilera having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Algarrobo's Uriel Albuerne got a free kick in the 59th minute. In the 62nd match minute, Algarrobo was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Uriel Albuerne to maneuver through the defense. Emmanuel Aguilera was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 62nd minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Adriel Echandia. 66 minutes into the match, Algarrobo's goal looked a bit too open when Ferrán Andueza came free, but Emmanuel Aguilera reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 70 minutes, Andy Monckeberg mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Algarrobo and the Barrabases de Victoria players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 70 played minutes Algarrobo got a freekick which was hit by Andy Monckeberg. Barrabases de Victoria made a substitution. Ariano Soffia replaced Claudio Turpin. In the 72nd match minute, Algarrobo was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Andy Monckeberg to maneuver through the defense. Adriel Echandia struck a weak shot in the 73rd minute. Emmanuel Aguilera didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Barrabases de Victoria. Reinaldo Pagueguy recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 77th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Salomón Mioño during the 84th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 84th minute, Salomón Mioño hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 85th match minute, Barrabases de Victoria was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Salomón Mioño to maneuver through the defense. Severo Saa kicked well hit freekick during the 89th minute of the match. Barrabases de Victoria's Adriel Echandia shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 90th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Emmanuel Aguilera but with some difficulty. Algarrobo were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest.
