CDU Católica's Claudio Ledea played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sarracino Mandiola in the 7th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in CDU Católica's zone, Juanjo Huechun stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Claudio Ledea came out of the goal and Juanjo Huechun tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 10th minute, CDU Católica's Daniel Vildosola ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Adriano Rebolledo. Adriano Rebolledo yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. Juanjo Huechun struck a weak shot in the 13th minute. Claudio Ledea didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Club Deportivo Xpertin. Rubén Palazuelos recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 15th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Daniel Vildosola received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 18th minute. Adriano Rebolledo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, CDU Católica's Manolo L´Hotelier got a free kick in the 20th minute. Juanjo Huechun's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Claudio Ledea read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 21st minute of play. After a rather tough play, CDU Católica's Baltazar Lobos got a free kick in the 21st minute. Juanjo Huechun fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Claudio Ledea having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 25th minute, Juanjo Huechun managed to get in a good position for a shot. Club Deportivo Xpertin's supporters rose to their feet, but Juanjo Huechun was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Claudio Ledea breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After some fancy dribbling in the 31st minute, Juanjo Huechun managed to get in a good position for a shot. Club Deportivo Xpertin's supporters rose to their feet, but Juanjo Huechun was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Claudio Ledea breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After having played for 36 minutes, Daniel Vildosola managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. CDU Católica's supporters crossed their fingers, but Daniel Vildosola was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 40 minutes into the match, Club Deportivo Xpertin's goal looked a bit too open when Daniel Vildosola came free, but Adriano Rebolledo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Sarracino Mandiola to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 56th minute of the match Rubén Alviña sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Adriano Rebolledo skillfully saved the ball. Daniel Vildosola sent away a hard shot on goal in the 57th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Niguel Maritano hit a great freekick 59 minutes into the match. Daniel Vildosola scored 2-0 in the 68th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Adriano Rebolledo, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Rubén Palazuelos might have been able to make a better finish in the 73rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Claudio Ledea. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Rubén Palazuelos ran back to his position shaking his head. Baltazar Lobos received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 78th minute. Adriano Rebolledo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Daniel Vildosola in the 81st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Adriano Rebolledo saved Club Deportivo Xpertin from getting behind. After 81 played minutes Club Deportivo Xpertin got a freekick which was hit by Tomás Gajardo. Bruno Daneri charged in rather forcefully in the 95th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Bruno Daneri the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to CDU Católica getting a freekick after 95 minutes play. Bruno Daneri hit a great ball. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. CDU Católica had won after a very even match.
