The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 12 minutes into the game, Faustino Barasarte was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Zorros del Desierto's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave ⓅⓀⓇ Unión San Felipe ★★★★ the free kick. Tauro Durney kicked well hit freekick during the 14th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 17th minute, Anacleto Oses managed to get in a good position for a shot. Zorros del Desierto's supporters rose to their feet, but Anacleto Oses was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Maximiliano Aguirrebeña breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 19th match minute, ⓅⓀⓇ Unión San Felipe ★★★★ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Pol Languard to maneuver through the defense. A collision led to ⓅⓀⓇ Unión San Felipe ★★★★ getting a freekick after 26 minutes play. Abundio Apparcel hit a great ball. After some careless play in the Zorros del Desierto defense, Zavier Adams kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Leonel Santana. The Zorros del Desierto fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Leonel Santana should have stopped the shot. In the 41st minute, Zavier Adams ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Leonel Santana was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-3. After having played for 44 minutes, Mauro Heiremans managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. ⓅⓀⓇ Unión San Felipe ★★★★'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Mauro Heiremans was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 45th minute, Gualberto Amiot hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 2-3.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Nino Maravilha stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Mauro Heiremans recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 54th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The supporters of Zorros del Desierto booed when ⓅⓀⓇ Unión San Felipe ★★★★ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 58 match minutes in a wonderful position. Florinio Abbatte didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Zorros del Desierto's zone, Mauro Heiremans stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Leonel Santana came out of the goal and Mauro Heiremans tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Jerry Maguire sent away a hard shot on goal in the 69th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The supporters of Zorros del Desierto booed when ⓅⓀⓇ Unión San Felipe ★★★★ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 72 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tauro Durney didn't get a good kick on the ball. 76 minutes into the match, ⓅⓀⓇ Unión San Felipe ★★★★'s goal looked a bit too open when Nino Maravilha came free, but Maximiliano Aguirrebeña reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 79 minutes, Nino Maravilha mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Zorros del Desierto and the ⓅⓀⓇ Unión San Felipe ★★★★ players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 79 played minutes Zorros del Desierto got a freekick which was hit by Nino Maravilha. In the 83rd minute Jerry Maguire shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Maximiliano Aguirrebeña saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, ⓅⓀⓇ Unión San Felipe ★★★★'s Tauro Durney got a free kick in the 84th minute. Miren Bacheler's late challenge caught a ⓅⓀⓇ Unión San Felipe ★★★★'s player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Miren Bacheler helped the player get up and apologised. With a little luck, Zorros del Desierto's Leonel Santana got control of the ball when Zavier Adams tried to sneak it across the goal line. Faustino Barasarte hit a great freekick 92 minutes into the match. 93 minutes into the match, Zorros del Desierto's goal looked a bit too open when Mauro Heiremans came free, but Leonel Santana reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 94 played minutes Zorros del Desierto got a freekick which was hit by Faustino Barasarte. Mauro Heiremans received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 95th minute. Leonel Santana tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched ⓅⓀⓇ Unión San Felipe ★★★★ eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
