Rodo got a freekick which was hit by Blas Bolaños. Donatello Barajo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dayam Sigüenza in the 34th minute of the match. Maju Ballin charged in rather forcefully in the 40th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Maju Ballin the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Maju Ballin hit a great freekick 40 minutes into the match. Club Dep. Soc. After having played for 67 minutes, Sebastiano Macilla managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Club Dep. Soc. Rodo's supporters crossed their fingers, but Sebastiano Macilla was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 68th minute, Damaso Tejeyra hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After some careless play in the Carqueja defense, Ipar Monzonis kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Hitzeder Varez. The Carqueja fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Hitzeder Varez should have stopped the shot. Ipar Monzonis blasted a shot towards the goal in the 73rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Hitzeder Varez having to make a save. Carqueja's Hitzeder Varez played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sebastiano Macilla in the 74th minute of play. In the 76th match minute, Carqueja was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ariel Renedo to maneuver through the defense.
