Donatello Barajo didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Gutierre Pardelas went, in the 7th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. After 12 played minutes BINGO FUEL got a freekick which was hit by Horado Cela. In the 16th match minute, Club Dep. Soc. Rodo was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Laurentzi Hontoria to maneuver through the defense. In the 18th minute, Juan-Carlos Otero hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Donatello Barajo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cortez Banegas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The crowd rose to their feet as BINGO FUEL's Gutierre Pardelas slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Donatello Barajo. That made the score 2-0 after 25 minutes of play. Narciso Mantilla made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Vidal Ximeno in the 29th minute of play. BINGO FUEL's Narciso Mantilla played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Juan-Carlos Otero in the 31st minute of play. An unexpected shot in the 32nd minute by Jonatan Mendiguren got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. In the 42nd minute Jonatan Mendiguren shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Donatello Barajo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 45th minute of the match, Gutierre Pardelas tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Donatello Barajo saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. The supporters of BINGO FUEL booed when Club Dep. Soc. Rodo was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 46 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gonchan Marisancena didn't get a good kick on the ball.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Sebastiano Macilla to make the kick off. Vidal Ximeno fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 52nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Narciso Mantilla having to interfere. Donatello Barajo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jonatan Mendiguren, who was totally free with the ball in the 56th minute. 3-0 became the score in the 58th minute when Jonatan Mendiguren elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. BINGO FUEL made a substitution. Izel Albasolo replaced Mauricio Says. Sebastiano Macilla hit a great freekick 71 minutes into the match. In the 75th minute, BINGO FUEL's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Vidal Ximeno fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Gutierre Pardelas blasted a shot towards the goal in the 82nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Donatello Barajo having to make a save. Rodo's Donatello Barajo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cortez Banegas in the 85th minute of play. Cortez Banegas kicked well hit freekick during the 87th minute of the match. Sebastiano Macilla received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 88th minute. Narciso Mantilla tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Jonatan Mendiguren's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Donatello Barajo read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 92nd minute of play. If Jonatan Mendiguren had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
