In the 3rd minute Benvido Bello shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lobo Rafales saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 5th minute, Maju Ballin left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Carqueja fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. Carlomagno Veragua kicked well hit freekick during the 7th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, La Fusiion's Zornin Zaloña got a free kick in the 11th minute. With a little luck, La Fusiion's Lobo Rafales got control of the ball when Lope Villandiego tried to sneak it across the goal line. The supporters of Carqueja booed when La Fusiion was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 13 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gaizkine Olaisola didn't get a good kick on the ball. Salbatore Guaras took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Truylos Zuazna, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Carqueja's Salbatore Guaras played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Carlomagno Veragua in the 20th minute of play. The Carqueja fans' excitement grew in the 21st match minute when Carqueja's Urki Olivera looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 2-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. In the 24th minute, Iratxo Vidal made a precise shot to the right of Lobo Rafales. La Fusiion's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-0. Lobo Rafales showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Urki Olivera in the 28th minute of the match. 31 minutes into the game, Urki Olivera cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-0. Lobo Rafales was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 33 minutes into the match, Iratxo Vidal notched a goal, 5-0, to the right of La Fusiion's Lobo Rafales. Lobo Rafales was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Lope Villandiego recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 39th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Christiano Corullon hit a great freekick 40 minutes into the match. In the 42nd match minute, La Fusiion was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Conrao Sagarteguieta to maneuver through the defense. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 5-0.
The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Truylos Zuazna stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After a rather tough play, La Fusiion's Christiano Corullon got a free kick in the 58th minute. 62 minutes into the match, La Fusiion's goal looked a bit too open when Urki Olivera came free, but Lobo Rafales reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, La Fusiion's Carlomagno Veragua got a free kick in the 63rd minute. 70 minutes into the match, Lope Villandiego notched a goal, 8-0, to the right of La Fusiion's Lobo Rafales. Lobo Rafales was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 73 minutes into the game, Urki Olivera was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Carqueja's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave La Fusiion the free kick. In the 73rd minute, Urki Olivera hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Carqueja's Salbatore Guaras proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 74th minute of the match, managed to save Carqueja from getting a goal against them. After a rather tough play, Carqueja's Maju Ballin got a free kick in the 77th minute. 79 minutes into the match, Lope Villandiego had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Lobo Rafales. La Fusiion's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Lope Villandiego was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 9-0. When Conrao Sagarteguieta fell near the penalty area in the 82nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored La Fusiion's protests and gave Conrao Sagarteguieta a yellow card for diving instead. Conrao Sagarteguieta hit a great freekick 82 minutes into the match. After recieving a nice pass, Carqueja's Iratxo Vidal tried to score from far away in the 83rd minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Urki Olivera in the 85th minute of play forced La Fusiion's goalkeeper Lobo Rafales to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. La Fusiion's Lobo Rafales played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ariel Renedo in the 87th minute of play. With 90 minutes on the clock, Zornin Zaloña commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. The supporters of Carqueja booed when La Fusiion was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 91 match minutes in a wonderful position. Zornin Zaloña didn't get a good kick on the ball. When the match had been going on for 91 minutes Iratxo Vidal shot a great shot from long distance. It looked like a certain goal, but the audience witnessed a really smashing save by Lobo Rafales when he caught the ball only just under the crossbar. Carqueja walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
