The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After 3 played minutes Oylimpiamos Ψ got a freekick which was hit by Inautzi Abreu. In the 8th minute Natal Tuñon shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Leo Puncet saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 9th minute, Inautzi Abreu got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Inautzi Abreu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 10th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to Mete y Raspa FC getting a freekick after 11 minutes play. Oinaz Goicoolea hit a great ball. After 12 played minutes Oylimpiamos Ψ got a freekick which was hit by Santi Villafranca. Erlantz Allo took the ball and in the 15 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Leo Puncet. Leo Puncet dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. When Erlantz Allo fell near the penalty area in the 19th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Mete y Raspa FC's protests and gave Erlantz Allo a yellow card for diving instead. After 19 played minutes Mete y Raspa FC got a freekick which was hit by Erlantz Allo. The crowd rose to their feet as Mete y Raspa FC's Natal Tuñon slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Leo Puncet. That made the score 2-0 after 22 minutes of play. Leo Puncet took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Erlantz Allo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 27th minute Eleuterio Claramonte shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Enrique Sobrido saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Natal Tuñon had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Frichoso Novo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 30th minute of the match, but Leo Puncet made a huge save. Erlantz Allo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 33rd minute of the match, but Leo Puncet made a huge save. When the match had gone on for 37 minutes, Erlantz Allo took a quick shot and it went in 3-0 without a chance for Leo Puncet to make any attempt to save it. In the 41st match minute, Oylimpiamos Ψ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Eleuterio Claramonte to maneuver through the defense. After a defensive mix-up in Oylimpiamos Ψ's zone, Oinaz Goicoolea stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Leo Puncet came out of the goal and Oinaz Goicoolea tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Leo Puncet made an important save on a dangerous shot by Erlantz Allo in the 44th minute. Frichoso Novo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 46th minute of the match, but Leo Puncet made a huge save. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-0 at half-time.
Enrique Sobrido made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Pudes Bachiller in the 51st minute of play. Inautzi Abreu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 57th minute. Enrique Sobrido tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Frichoso Novo in the 60th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Leo Puncet saved Oylimpiamos Ψ from getting behind. Ruisko Barela fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 67th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Leo Puncet having to interfere. Leo Puncet made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Frichoso Novo in the 69th minute of play. Oylimpiamos Ψ's Leo Puncet played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Frichoso Novo in the 74th minute of play. Inautzi Abreu hit a great freekick 75 minutes into the match. 77 minutes into the game, Natal Tuñon cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 5-0. Leo Puncet was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 80 minutes into the match, Oylimpiamos Ψ's goal looked a bit too open when Natal Tuñon came free, but Leo Puncet reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Leo Puncet showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Erlantz Allo, who was totally free with the ball in the 81st minute. 83 minutes into the match, Oylimpiamos Ψ's goal looked a bit too open when Frichoso Novo came free, but Leo Puncet reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 84 minutes into the game, Mete y Raspa FC's Erlantz Allo nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Leo Puncet made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 6-0. After having played for 87 minutes, Oinaz Goicoolea managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Mete y Raspa FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Oinaz Goicoolea was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 88 minutes into the game, Mete y Raspa FC's Frichoso Novo nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Leo Puncet made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 7-0. In the 91st match minute, Oylimpiamos Ψ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Viviano Paredes to maneuver through the defense. In the 92nd minute, Oinaz Goicoolea sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Oylimpiamos Ψ's Leo Puncet didn't even have to move. Oylimpiamos Ψ's Inautzi Abreu suffered a concussion after 94 minutes and had to leave the field. Xulio Huelga's late challenge caught a Oylimpiamos Ψ's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Xulio Huelga helped the player get up and apologised. Pudes Bachiller received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Enrique Sobrido came out and tried to block the shot, but Pudes Bachiller slotted it home off the left post making it 7-1 in the 97th minute. When the referee ended the match the Mete y Raspa FC players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
