GFK Osogovo's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jordan Topalovski was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 5 minutes into the game, Marko Taškov was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. GFK Osogovo's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave GNK Dinamo Zagreb™ the free kick. Thanks to some nice moves Nace Ivanoski could shoot a difficult shot in the 9th minute, which Robert Palunko however easily saved by the left post. Jakov Urgovski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Izidor Benko in the 11th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rikard Hozjan in the 13th minute of play forced GFK Osogovo's goalkeeper Jakov Urgovski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Izidor Benko recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 17th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. GFK Osogovo's Jakov Urgovski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Izidor Benko in the 21st minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Stamen Bejko during the 22nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, GFK Osogovo's Stamen Bejko got a free kick in the 22nd minute. Robert Palunko made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jordan Topalovski in the 24th minute of play. After 25 played minutes Jordan Topalovski rounded GNK Dinamo Zagreb™'s defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 1-1. Dejan Filip kicked well hit freekick during the 28th minute of the match. In the 31st minute, Izidor Benko ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Jakov Urgovski was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-2. Robert Palunko was a little too slow when Nace Ivanoski got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 36th minute. The score was now 2-2. After some fancy dribbling in the 39th minute, Izidor Benko managed to get in a good position for a shot. GNK Dinamo Zagreb™'s supporters rose to their feet, but Izidor Benko was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jakov Urgovski breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 41 minutes into the match, GFK Osogovo's goal looked a bit too open when Izidor Benko came free, but Jakov Urgovski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jakov Urgovski showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dejan Filip, who was totally free with the ball in the 42nd minute. GFK Osogovo's Jakov Urgovski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rikard Hozjan in the 44th minute of play. The supporters of GNK Dinamo Zagreb™ booed when GFK Osogovo was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 47 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dušan Davidovski didn't get a good kick on the ball. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 2-2 after a close first half.

A collision led to GNK Dinamo Zagreb™ getting a freekick after 58 minutes play. Dejan Filip hit a great ball. If Dejan Filip had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 80th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of GFK Osogovo booed when GNK Dinamo Zagreb™ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 85 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rikard Hozjan didn't get a good kick on the ball. 88 minutes into the game, GNK Dinamo Zagreb™'s Dejan Filip nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Jakov Urgovski made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-3. In the 97th minute, Nace Ivanoski got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When the match was over GNK Dinamo Zagreb™ could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than GFK Osogovo throughout the match.
