A collision led to ᴀꜱ ɴᴀɢʏᴍᴀʀᴏꜱ getting a freekick after 6 minutes play. Dávid Kovács hit a great ball. After some careless play in the FC Budapest defense, Tamás Koledich kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Máté Kántor. The FC Budapest fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Máté Kántor should have stopped the shot. Máté Kántor made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tamás Koledich in the 23rd minute of play. Tamás Koledich's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 25thth minute, Máté Kántor skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. FC Budapest's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Tamás Koledich 28 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 3-0. Zoltán Selymes recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 39th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Af the end of the first half the score was 4-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Bálint Túri was the one to do the kick off. After 51 played minutes, ᴀꜱ ɴᴀɢʏᴍᴀʀᴏꜱ's Tamás Soltész shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Máté Kántor came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in ᴀꜱ ɴᴀɢʏᴍᴀʀᴏꜱ reached it. Tamás Koledich's late challenge caught a FC Budapest's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Tamás Koledich helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, ᴀꜱ ɴᴀɢʏᴍᴀʀᴏꜱ's Tamás Koledich got a free kick in the 53rd minute. An unexpected shot in the 56th minute by Bálint Túri got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. András Budai kicked well hit freekick during the 57th minute of the match. Tamás Koledich scored 5-0 in the 60th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Máté Kántor, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Dávid Kovács sent away a hard shot on goal in the 64th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 68 minutes into the match, Imre Czene notched a goal, 6-0, to the right of FC Budapest's Máté Kántor. Máté Kántor was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 73rd match minute, ᴀꜱ ɴᴀɢʏᴍᴀʀᴏꜱ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tamás Koledich to maneuver through the defense. After a rather tough play, ᴀꜱ ɴᴀɢʏᴍᴀʀᴏꜱ's Károly Sugár got a free kick in the 91st minute. After 94 played minutes FC Budapest got a freekick which was hit by Kálmán Földes. After a defensive mix-up in FC Budapest's zone, Imre Czene stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Máté Kántor came out of the goal and Imre Czene tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play.
