The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Vendel Bács during the 2nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Szittyák SE rege's Vendel Bács got a free kick in the 2nd minute. The supporters of Mesterháza booed when Szittyák SE rege was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 6 match minutes in a wonderful position. Csaba Tisza didn't get a good kick on the ball. Sebestyén Koós hit a great freekick 10 minutes into the match. After 11 played minutes Mesterháza got a freekick which was hit by Rómeó Mészáros. 13 minutes into the match, Mesterháza's goal looked a bit too open when Vendel Bács came free, but Mátyás Kondor reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Imre Cseh didn't miss a given chance and shot in short distance 1-0 via right post in the game's 15th minute. Szittyák SE rege's supporters showed their exhuberating excitement! The crowd rose to their feet as Szittyák SE rege's Vendel Bács slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Mátyás Kondor. That made the score 2-0 after 19 minutes of play. The audience was convinced that Imre Cseh's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Mátyás Kondor was relentless in the 23rd minute of the game. 24 minutes into the game, Sebestyén Koós was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Mesterháza's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Szittyák SE rege the free kick. In the 24th match minute, Mesterháza was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sebestyén Koós to maneuver through the defense. In the 34th minute Imre Cseh shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mátyás Kondor saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Mátyás Vadas showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rómeó Mészáros in the 43rd minute of the match. When Szittyák SE rege's Imre Cseh in the 46th minute got a chance for a shot 46th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Mesterháza's goalie prevented a goal. Tamás Selymes received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-0.

In the 56th minute, Mihály Gerebics got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 58 minutes into the match, Imre Cseh notched a goal, 4-0, to the right of Mesterháza's Mátyás Kondor. Mátyás Kondor was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After 64 minutes of play, Szittyák SE rege's Imre Cseh made it 5-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Mátyás Kondor was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 67th minute Csaba Tisza suffered a thigh injury and had to be helped off the field. After 67 minutes of play Mesterháza's Sebestyén Koós was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. Szittyák SE rege's András Sugár was substituted for Csaba Tisza. In the 68th match minute, Mesterháza was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sebestyén Koós to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Vendel Bács in the 74th minute of play forced Mesterháza's goalkeeper Mátyás Kondor to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 76th minute Vendel Bács shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mátyás Kondor saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the match had gone on for 76 minutes, Imre Cseh put it in 7-0 from a short distance just to the right of Mátyás Kondor. In the 79th minute, Rómeó Mészáros hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After having played for 80 minutes, Vendel Bács managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Szittyák SE rege's supporters crossed their fingers, but Vendel Bács was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 82ndth minute of the game Imre Cseh who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Mesterháza's Mátyás Kondor was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 87th minute, Vendel Bács ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Mátyás Kondor was frozen by the shot and now it was 8-0. Vendel Bács got in the 90th a clear chance and fired away a hard shot against goal, but Mátyás Kondor handled the situation perfectly and made a save by the crossbar. Mihály Gerebics received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 91st minute. Mátyás Kondor tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 98th minute Imre Cseh shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mátyás Kondor saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Szittyák SE rege's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
