Marek Csontos hit a great freekick 2 minutes into the match. After recieving a nice pass, FC Melon's Martin Jančuška tried to score from far away in the 3rd minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. 10 minutes into the match, FC Stinking Dogs's goal looked a bit too open when Maroš Fridrichovský came free, but Henrich Vašek reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 13th match minute, FC Melon was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Juraj Sarvaš to maneuver through the defense. In the 13th minute, Pavol Badura sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and FC Melon's Jergus Šepeľa didn't even have to move. Viktor Kavalec could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 15th minute of the match, but Henrich Vašek made a huge save. Viktor Kavalec scored 1-0 in the 17th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Henrich Vašek, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 20 minutes into the game, Michal Kráľ cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Jergus Šepeľa was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. An unexpectedly hard shot by Michal Kráľ in the 25th minute of play forced FC Melon's goalkeeper Jergus Šepeľa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Marián Kollár kicked well hit freekick during the 27th minute of the match. In the 32nd minute, FC Melon's Lukáš Farkaš dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-1. Martin Koval sent away a hard shot on goal in the 37th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Lukáš Farkaš had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lukáš Farkaš in the 42nd minute of play forced FC Stinking Dogs's goalkeeper Henrich Vašek to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Henrich Vašek showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Maroš Fridrichovský in the 45th minute of the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Filip Išták during the 47th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of FC Melon booed when FC Stinking Dogs was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 47 match minutes in a wonderful position. Filip Išták didn't get a good kick on the ball. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-1 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Branislav Hríb to make the kick off. Lukáš Farkaš's late challenge caught a FC Stinking Dogs's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Lukáš Farkaš helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to FC Melon getting a freekick after 53 minutes play. Lukáš Farkaš hit a great ball. 54 minutes into the match, FC Melon's goal looked a bit too open when Michal Kráľ came free, but Jergus Šepeľa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 56 minutes into the game, Viktor Kavalec cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-1. Henrich Vašek was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Ivan Kulik charged in rather forcefully in the 62nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Ivan Kulik the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, FC Melon's Ivan Kulik got a free kick in the 62nd minute. Michal Kráľ received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 68th minute. Jergus Šepeľa tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Henrich Vašek showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Viktor Kavalec in the 72nd minute of the match. FC Stinking Dogs's Henrich Vašek played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ondrej Popluhár in the 74th minute of play. In the 78th minute the ball was on its way in behind FC Stinking Dogs's goalkeeper Henrich Vašek, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. FC Stinking Dogs's Filip Išták got a good chance for a goal in the 79th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Pavol Badura charged in rather forcefully in the 81st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Pavol Badura the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 81 played minutes FC Stinking Dogs got a freekick which was hit by Pavol Badura. Henrich Vašek made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Maroš Fridrichovský in the 85th minute of play. FC Melon's Jergus Šepeľa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Michal Kráľ in the 87th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Filip Išták in the 88th minute of play forced FC Melon's goalkeeper Jergus Šepeľa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 90 minutes into the match, FC Melon's goal looked a bit too open when Michal Kráľ came free, but Jergus Šepeľa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 91st minute Ondrej Popluhár shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Henrich Vašek saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Through an outstanding action, after 93 minutes, Jergus Šepeľa successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. FC Stinking Dogs's Michal Kráľ got a good chance for a goal in the 97th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. FC Melon's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
