If Songur Karataş had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 5th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Recep Tayyip Acemoğlu made a fantastic save in the 12th minute, when Mahmut Sargın sent off a good shot on target. The audience thought a goal was coming when Songur Karataş got free with Recep Tayyip Acemoğlu in the 13th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After a rather tough play, ÇATALHÖYÜK Gençlik Klübü's Dinç Özcebe got a free kick in the 15th minute. Bircan Teren showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Umut Cevval, who was totally free with the ball in the 16th minute. In the 24th minute Çakabey Dalan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bircan Teren saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The nice shot from Songur Karataş in the 37thth minute just in front of the goal should have ended in point on the board, but Recep Tayyip Acemoğlu had a great feel for the game and superbly saved the ball from getting in by the left post. Metehan Perkel recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 39th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. ÇATALHÖYÜK Gençlik Klübü's Mahmut Sargın got a good chance for a goal in the 48th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-1.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Umut Cevval made a kick off. Recep Tayyip Acemoğlu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Selim Akcebe in the 59th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in A T A B E Y - Fener45's zone, Mahmut Sargın stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Recep Tayyip Acemoğlu came out of the goal and Mahmut Sargın tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Songur Karataş in the 64th minute of play forced A T A B E Y - Fener45's goalkeeper Recep Tayyip Acemoğlu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 66th minute, Umut Cevval hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 69th minute Metehan Perkel shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Recep Tayyip Acemoğlu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 71 minutes into the match, A T A B E Y - Fener45's goal looked a bit too open when Metehan Perkel came free, but Recep Tayyip Acemoğlu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 71st match minute, A T A B E Y - Fener45 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Reha Naim to maneuver through the defense. Metehan Perkel took the ball and in the 72 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Recep Tayyip Acemoğlu. Recep Tayyip Acemoğlu dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-1. Songur Karataş fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 75th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Recep Tayyip Acemoğlu having to interfere. When the match clock showed 77 minutes, the score became 4-1 when Metehan Perkel sped through A T A B E Y - Fener45's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Recep Tayyip Acemoğlu. Mahmut Sargın fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 81st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Recep Tayyip Acemoğlu having to interfere. When Songur Karataş came up free with the goalie in the 83rd minute, the ÇATALHÖYÜK Gençlik Klübü fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Songur Karataş couldn't finish the play. Bircan Teren made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Umut Cevval in the 84th minute of play. Recep Tayyip Acemoğlu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Metehan Perkel, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A T A B E Y - Fener45's Reha Naim got his second yellow card of the match in the 91st minute. The referee ordered Reha Naim off the ground. A collision led to A T A B E Y - Fener45 getting a freekick after 92 minutes play. Reha Naim hit a great ball. When Fahrettin Resul fell near the penalty area in the 95th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored A T A B E Y - Fener45's protests and gave Fahrettin Resul a yellow card for diving instead. ÇATALHÖYÜK Gençlik Klübü's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
