Şahin Elmas was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Ahmet Fikret Tur took the ball and in the 17 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Şahin Elmas. Tugay Kenan yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-3. In the 28th minute, Ahmet Fikret Tur got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Şahin Elmas made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ufuk Ezelhan in the 37th minute of play. Birdal Ankaralı's late challenge caught a ALASKU TSG's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Birdal Ankaralı helped the player get up and apologised. Birdal Ankaralı hit a great freekick 38 minutes into the match. The supporters of AN&KARASİPAHİLER booed when ALASKU TSG was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 47 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rıdvan Erdoğdu didn't get a good kick on the ball. After the first half AN&KARASİPAHİLER were leading 1-4. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Yağız Bakanay made a kick off. The supporters of ALASKU TSG booed when AN&KARASİPAHİLER was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 56 match minutes in a wonderful position. Giray Mertkal didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 57th minute of the match Baki Sabuncu shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Tugay Kenan showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Şahin Elmas showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sadri Bostan, who was totally free with the ball in the 62nd minute. A hard shot 64 in the game by Yağız Bakanay from a close distance when the talented Şahin Elmas managed to make a qualified save. ALASKU TSG's players were relieved. AN&KARASİPAHİLER's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Yağız Bakanay in the 66th minute. In the 73rd minute, Bedri Nezir left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. In the 80th minute Sadri Bostan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Şahin Elmas saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
