With a little luck, Blue Mountain State's Yalçın Olgunay got control of the ball when Tanju Çırakoğlu tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 29th minute the ball was on its way in behind SEFEROĞULLARI's goalkeeper Dilmen Saylan, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Tanju Çırakoğlu could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 37th minute of the match, but Yalçın Olgunay made a huge save. 45 minutes into the match, SEFEROĞULLARI's goal looked a bit too open when Muhsin Taze came free, but Dilmen Saylan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, Blue Mountain State's Uğurcan Tanören got a free kick in the 58th minute. SEFEROĞULLARI made a substitution. Ahmet Korkut Ümit replaced Ahmet Erdem Kaçan. Macit Zafer fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 64th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dilmen Saylan having to interfere. Yalçın Olgunay took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Berkant Barkın, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Kubat Karataş hit a great freekick 81 minutes into the match. In the 82nd minute of the match Nuralp Şahinkan sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Dilmen Saylan skillfully saved the ball. Dilmen Saylan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Necati Eripek in the 85th minute of play. 89 minutes into the game, SEFEROĞULLARI's Ahmet Ceyhan Taygar nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Yalçın Olgunay made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-0. If Berkant Barkın had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. For all the effort they put into the match, the Blue Mountain State players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for SEFEROĞULLARI.
