After having played for 3 minutes, Sümer Türksan managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. KAYIHANSPOR's supporters crossed their fingers, but Sümer Türksan was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When Oğuzhan Nihat fell near the penalty area in the 4th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored THE LEGEND COME BACK's protests and gave Oğuzhan Nihat a yellow card for diving instead. In the 4th minute, Oğuzhan Nihat hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Tevfik Hekimhanlı showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lütfi Barkın, who was totally free with the ball in the 5th minute. Oğuzhan Nihat kicked well hit freekick during the 6th minute of the match. Tevfik Hekimhanlı made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fazıl Hüsnü Seyban in the 7th minute of play. Tevfik Hekimhanlı took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fazıl Hüsnü Seyban, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. During the 14th minute of the match Oğuzhan Nihat completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Oğuzhan Nihat a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. The supporters of KAYIHANSPOR booed when THE LEGEND COME BACK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 14 match minutes in a wonderful position. Oğuzhan Nihat didn't get a good kick on the ball. Sümer Türksan hit a great freekick 17 minutes into the match. After 20 played minutes THE LEGEND COME BACK got a freekick which was hit by Seyfi Uludoğan. After some careless play in the THE LEGEND COME BACK defense, Sertel Boztepe kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Tevfik Hekimhanlı. The THE LEGEND COME BACK fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Tevfik Hekimhanlı should have stopped the shot. Tevfik Hekimhanlı didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Lütfi Barkın went, in the 28th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. After 31 minutes, Lütfi Barkın made it 0-3 with a short kick to the right side. THE LEGEND COME BACK's Tevfik Hekimhanlı tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Tevfik Hekimhanlı made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tayyar Kutalmış in the 34th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tayyar Kutalmış in the 36th minute of play forced THE LEGEND COME BACK's goalkeeper Tevfik Hekimhanlı to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Tevfik Hekimhanlı showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fazıl Hüsnü Seyban, who was totally free with the ball in the 40th minute. After the first half KAYIHANSPOR were leading 0-4. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Seyfi Uludoğan made a kick off. In the 54th minute, Refik İlkim hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Seyfi Uludoğan fell near the penalty area in the 56th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. Seyfi Uludoğan hit a great freekick 57 minutes into the match. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 71 minutes into the match, THE LEGEND COME BACK's goalkeeper Tevfik Hekimhanlı had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Işıkalp Nesefi. 72 minutes into the match, Fazıl Hüsnü Seyban had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Tevfik Hekimhanlı. THE LEGEND COME BACK's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Fazıl Hüsnü Seyban was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-5. After a rather tough play, THE LEGEND COME BACK's Özalp Hanefi got a free kick in the 76th minute. 79 minutes into the game, Fazıl Hüsnü Seyban recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Tevfik Hekimhanlı. Fazıl Hüsnü Seyban showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-6. In the 82nd match minute, KAYIHANSPOR was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sertel Boztepe to maneuver through the defense. Hakkı Okcan charged in rather forcefully in the 84th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Hakkı Okcan the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. KAYIHANSPOR's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
