Şanver Özakın charged in rather forcefully in the 29th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Şanver Özakın the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 29 played minutes Maden FC got a freekick which was hit by Şanver Özakın. Ahmet Hakan Başesgioğlu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bilge Kağan Dersu in the 31st minute of the match. Ahmet Hakan Başesgioğlu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ahmet Kutsi Vacip, who was totally free with the ball in the 33rd minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Şanver Özakın in the 34th minute of play forced AVTK's goalkeeper Ahmet Hakan Başesgioğlu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Şanver Özakın came up free with the goalie in the 39th minute, the Maden FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Şanver Özakın couldn't finish the play. Ahmet Hakan Başesgioğlu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ahmet Kutsi Vacip in the 43rd minute of play. Musa Tuncay's late challenge caught a Maden FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Musa Tuncay helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Maden FC booed when AVTK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 47 match minutes in a wonderful position. Musa Tuncay didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 48th minute, Ahmet Kutsi Vacip managed to get in a good position for a shot. Maden FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Ahmet Kutsi Vacip was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ahmet Hakan Başesgioğlu breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Bilge Kağan Dersu made a kick off. Bilge Kağan Dersu could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 54th minute of the match, but Ahmet Hakan Başesgioğlu made a huge save. Bilge Kağan Dersu succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 0-4 in the 55th playminute. AVTK's Ahmet Hakan Başesgioğlu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bilge Kağan Dersu in the 59th minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Ferid Ispartalı during the 60th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 60th match minute, AVTK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ferid Ispartalı to maneuver through the defense. Ahmet Kutsi Vacip struck a weak shot in the 62nd minute. Ahmet Hakan Başesgioğlu didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Maden FC. Şanver Özakın was shown his second yellow card after 63 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. Şanver Özakın kicked well hit freekick during the 64th minute of the match. When Musa Tuncay was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 67 minutes had been played. After 67 played minutes AVTK got a freekick which was hit by Musa Tuncay. 69 minutes into the game, Maden FC's Bilge Kağan Dersu nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Ahmet Hakan Başesgioğlu made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-5. Gencalp Hekim received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 74th minute. Mümtazer Balkanlıoğlu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The throw-in from Gökhan Saik in the 76th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by AVTK's Sadri Taner. With an all-out effort, Maden FC's Ahmet Hakan Başesgioğlu threw himself towards the right post 83 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Ahmet Kutsi Vacip, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Ahmet Kutsi Vacips short, quick shot in the 87thth minute got Ahmet Hakan Başesgioğlu to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. If Ahmet Kutsi Vacip had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ahmet Hakan Başesgioğlu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bilge Kağan Dersu in the 91st minute of play. Ahmet Hakan Başesgioğlu was out of position in the 95 minute of play, and Bilge Kağan Dersu capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Bilge Kağan Dersu really showed his touch with that goal: 0-6. In the 98thth minute of the game Bilge Kağan Dersu who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but AVTK's Ahmet Hakan Başesgioğlu was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball.
