But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Aktan Nezihi couldn't finish the play. Duran Kıvılcım didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Bedih Özdinçer went, in the 5th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. 8 minutes into the match, HHH's goal looked a bit too open when Kurtuluş Özyuva came free, but Arif Gaffar Kutal reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 9th minute Ahmet Boran İcabi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Duran Kıvılcım saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 11 minutes into the game, Aktan Nezihi cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Duran Kıvılcım was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Duran Kıvılcım made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ahmet Boran İcabi in the 18th minute of play. After 19 minutes, Bedih Özdinçer made it 0-3 with a short kick to the right side. Adana Sk's Duran Kıvılcım tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. After a defensive mix-up in HHH's zone, Ümit Başaydın stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Arif Gaffar Kutal came out of the goal and Ümit Başaydın tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 24th minute, Ümit Başaydın ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Arif Gaffar Kutal was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-3. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ahmet Boran İcabi in the 28th minute of play forced Adana Sk's goalkeeper Duran Kıvılcım to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Adana Sk's Duran Kıvılcım played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Aktan Nezihi in the 30th minute of play. Duran Kıvılcım showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Doğuş Tanyıldız, who was totally free with the ball in the 31st minute. In the 34th minute, Doğuş Tanyıldız left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The HHH fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-4. HHH's Arif Gaffar Kutal played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kurtuluş Özyuva in the 37th minute of play. Adana Sk's Duran Kıvılcım played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Doğuş Tanyıldız in the 38th minute of play. 38 minutes into the match, Doğuş Tanyıldız notched a goal, 1-5, to the right of Adana Sk's Duran Kıvılcım. Duran Kıvılcım was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After the first half HHH were leading 1-5. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Kurtuluş Özyuva stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. HHH's Arif Gaffar Kutal played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kurtuluş Özyuva in the 52nd minute of play. Duran Kıvılcım made an important save on a dangerous shot by Doğuş Tanyıldız in the 54th minute. 55 minutes into the match, Aktan Nezihi dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Duran Kıvılcım, 1-6. Arif Gaffar Kutal made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kurtuluş Özyuva in the 61st minute of play. Through an outstanding action, after 65 minutes, Duran Kıvılcım successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. In the 66th minute Ümit Başaydın shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Arif Gaffar Kutal saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 68th minute, Doğuş Tanyıldız ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Duran Kıvılcım was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-7. Duran Kıvılcım was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Doğuş Tanyıldız showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-8 in the 71 minute of play. In the 75th minute, Baransel Özger hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ümit Başaydın in the 76th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Arif Gaffar Kutal prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 78 minutes into the game, Adana Sk's Kurtuluş Özyuva nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Arif Gaffar Kutal made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-8. Adana Sk's defense didn't have a chance, in the 82nd minute, when Doğuş Tanyıldız scored to the left of an out of position Duran Kıvılcım, making the score, 2-9. Kurtuluş Özyuva fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 86th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Arif Gaffar Kutal having to interfere. Arif Gaffar Kutal showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Anıl Arda Tanaydin in the 87th minute of the match. Adana Sk's Duran Kıvılcım proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 93rd minute of the match, managed to save Adana Sk from getting a goal against them.
