Paijo Prima took the ball and in the 21 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Kieran Floyd. Kieran Floyd was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 44th minute, Paijo Prima ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Kieran Floyd was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-6. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-6 lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Fabinho Pitta was the one to do the kick off. In the 63rd match minute, The Engineers was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Zühtü Celvet to maneuver through the defense. In the 67th minute, Clapham Comets F.C.'s Paijo Prima dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-7. After some careless play in the Clapham Comets F.C. defense, Zühtü Celvet kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Lee Kerr. The Clapham Comets F.C. fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Lee Kerr should have stopped the shot. Gwidon Dudek lost his temper 93 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. In the 94th minute, Gwidon Dudek hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Clapham Comets F.C. eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
