Spectators: 177 (Terracing: 133, Seating: 41, VIP seats: 3) After a defensive mix-up in Egg Chasers FC's zone, Liam Bray stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Fabien Barthez came out of the goal and Liam Bray tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Liam Bray received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Fabien Barthez came out and tried to block the shot, but Liam Bray slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 6th minute. Liam Bray fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fabien Barthez having to interfere. Liam Bray scored 2-0 in the 20th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Fabien Barthez, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. With a little luck, Egg Chasers FC's Fabien Barthez got control of the ball when Liam Bray tried to sneak it across the goal line. Liam Bray recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 26th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 27 played minutes Egg Chasers FC got a freekick which was hit by Ronny Whieldon. Fabien Barthez showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Liam Bray, who was totally free with the ball in the 32nd minute. Liam Bray took the ball and in the 35 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Fabien Barthez. Fabien Barthez dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-0. In the 39th minute of the match, Aaron Rambo tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Fabien Barthez saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. In the 42nd minute, Liam Bray got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Liam Bray stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Liam Bray's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Fabien Barthez read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 53rd minute of play. In the 59th minute the ball was on its way in behind Egg Chasers FC's goalkeeper Fabien Barthez, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Martyon Diehl made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Des Wicks in the 60th minute of play. When Dave Di Gregorio came up free with the goalie in the 70th minute, the Astreix&ObelixSoccer fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Dave Di Gregorio couldn't finish the play. Astreix&ObelixSoccer's Keith Backhouse was substituted for Cent Salomonsen. Fabien Barthez stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Dave Di Gregorio's shot from short distance in the 76th minute. When the match clock showed 76 minutes, the score became 4-0 when Dave Di Gregorio sped through Egg Chasers FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Fabien Barthez. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dave Di Gregorio in the 79th minute of play forced Egg Chasers FC's goalkeeper Fabien Barthez to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Fabien Barthez showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dave Di Gregorio in the 82nd minute of the match. In the 84thth minute of the game Dave Di Gregorio who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Egg Chasers FC's Fabien Barthez was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Martyon Diehl made a fantastic save in the 87th minute, when Des Wicks sent off a good shot on target. 87 minutes into the match, Astreix&ObelixSoccer's goalkeeper Martyon Diehl had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Des Wicks. Dave Di Gregorio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 93rd minute. Fabien Barthez tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Aaron Rambo in the 96th minute of play forced Egg Chasers FC's goalkeeper Fabien Barthez to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. There was no doubt that Astreix&ObelixSoccer were the better team. Astreix&ObelixSoccer's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
