With a little luck, White Eagles FC's Máximo Azeredo got control of the ball when Maksymilian Drozdowski tried to sneak it across the goal line. White Eagles FC's Andy Coburn managed to work through Chelsea AFC Boca Juniors's defense and was going for an easy goal, but he hit the shot with his toe and the ball flew outside the goal. Andy Coburn dejectedly held out his arms as if to ask why the ball hadn't gone in. Cliff Welch received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 10th minute. Máximo Azeredo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A hard shot 12 in the game by Cliff Welch from a close distance when the talented Máximo Azeredo managed to make a qualified save. White Eagles FC's players were relieved. After a defensive mix-up in White Eagles FC's zone, Cliff Gordon stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Máximo Azeredo came out of the goal and Cliff Gordon tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Andy Coburn in the 20th minute of play forced Chelsea AFC Boca Juniors's goalkeeper Pawel Makarewicz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Maksymilian Drozdowski came free with the goalkeeper in the 23rd minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Máximo Azeredo could save by the left post. Pawel Makarewicz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Andy Coburn in the 24th minute of play. Chelsea AFC Boca Juniors's Pawel Makarewicz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Andy Coburn in the 28th minute of play. 28 minutes into the match, Chelsea AFC Boca Juniors's goal looked a bit too open when Andy Coburn came free, but Pawel Makarewicz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Pawel Makarewicz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gez Eyre in the 29th minute of the match. A collision led to White Eagles FC getting a freekick after 30 minutes play. Ben Reid hit a great ball. 37 minutes into the match, Chelsea AFC Boca Juniors's goal looked a bit too open when Matty Robson came free, but Pawel Makarewicz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 40th minute Andy Coburn shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pawel Makarewicz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 41 played minutes White Eagles FC got a freekick which was hit by Rory Fawcett. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

An unexpectedly hard shot by Cliff Welch in the 52nd minute of play forced White Eagles FC's goalkeeper Máximo Azeredo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Máximo Azeredo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Maksymilian Drozdowski in the 54th minute of play. If Cliff Welch had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Ben Reid charged in rather forcefully in the 61st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Ben Reid the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Chelsea AFC Boca Juniors booed when White Eagles FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 61 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ben Reid didn't get a good kick on the ball. Gez Eyre kicked well hit freekick during the 66th minute of the match. When Maksymilian Drozdowski came up free with the goalie in the 67th minute, the Chelsea AFC Boca Juniors fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Maksymilian Drozdowski couldn't finish the play. Gez Eyre sent away a hard shot on goal in the 68th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Máximo Azeredo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cliff Welch, who was totally free with the ball in the 70th minute. In the 71stth minute of the game Maksymilian Drozdowski who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but White Eagles FC's Máximo Azeredo was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. A collision led to White Eagles FC getting a freekick after 74 minutes play. Andy Coburn hit a great ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Maksymilian Drozdowski in the 76th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Máximo Azeredo saved White Eagles FC from getting behind. Andy Coburn scored 0-1 in the 77th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Pawel Makarewicz, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The supporters of White Eagles FC booed when Chelsea AFC Boca Juniors was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 89 match minutes in a wonderful position. Johnnie Walker didn't get a good kick on the ball. White Eagles FC's Máximo Azeredo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Maksymilian Drozdowski in the 92nd minute of play. Chelsea AFC Boca Juniors's Pawel Makarewicz proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 93rd minute of the match, managed to save Chelsea AFC Boca Juniors from getting a goal against them. After some careless play in the White Eagles FC defense, Cliff Welch kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Máximo Azeredo. The White Eagles FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Máximo Azeredo should have stopped the shot.
