Oscar Drake started the match with the kick off. A collision led to Dorking United FC getting a freekick after 3 minutes play. Zack Bye hit a great ball. If Zack Bye had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 7th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Dylan Pearce kicked well hit freekick during the 8th minute of the match. Hannes Sandwall made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Zack Bye in the 12th minute of play. 15 minutes into the match, Dorking United FC's goal looked a bit too open when Felipe Gol came free, but Isaac Prutton reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of Leicester Foxes Academy booed when Dorking United FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 16 match minutes in a wonderful position. Brett Corby didn't get a good kick on the ball. Alan Young's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Isaac Prutton firmly grabbed it by the left post. In the 21stth minute of the game Zack Bye who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Leicester Foxes Academy's Hannes Sandwall was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 26th minute Zack Bye shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hannes Sandwall saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 26 minutes of play, Dorking United FC's Zack Bye made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Hannes Sandwall was left in no man's land by his defense there! Isaac Prutton took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Felipe Gol, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 34 minutes into the game, Spike Kennedy was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Leicester Foxes Academy's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Dorking United FC the free kick. After a rather tough play, Leicester Foxes Academy's Spike Kennedy got a free kick in the 35th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Zack Bye in the 36th minute of play forced Leicester Foxes Academy's goalkeeper Hannes Sandwall to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After having played for 38 minutes, Zack Bye managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Dorking United FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Zack Bye was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Dorking United FC's Isaac Prutton played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Felipe Gol in the 60th minute of play. Martin Margarson kicked well hit freekick during the 64th minute of the match. Leicester Foxes Academy made a substitution. Valeri Dyukmedzhiev replaced Martin Ericsson. Leicester Foxes Academy's Peter Pennant was substituted for Oscar Drake. In the 65th minute, Martin Margarson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Abraham Ainge received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 76th minute. Hannes Sandwall tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The audience was convinced that Zack Bye's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Hannes Sandwall was relentless in the 84th minute of the game. The Dorking United FC fans' excitement grew in the 84th match minute when Dorking United FC's Zack Bye looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-4 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Felipe Gol took the ball and in the 91 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Isaac Prutton. Isaac Prutton dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-4. The Leicester Foxes Academy manager could be seen shouting at his players as they walked down the tunnel after the match. He was clearly angry that they had squandered their superior possession, allowing Dorking United FC to win.
