Oddspredator.net's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Austen Rush in the 17th minute. After taking down the ball on Oddspredator.net's corner Sonny Hampton fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Jude Bonham quite easily take care of the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Oddspredator.net's zone, Jamie Mayfield stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Damion Holt came out of the goal and Jamie Mayfield tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Jude Bonham showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sonny Hampton, who was totally free with the ball in the 23rd minute. In the 25th minute of the match Oddspredator.net got a corner. Barr Point's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Austen Rush ran over to the corner to take the kick. Leo Ackland was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. Leo Ackland's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Jude Bonham read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 27th minute of play. When Ozzy Dunlop came up free with the goalie in the 28th minute, the Oddspredator.net fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ozzy Dunlop couldn't finish the play. Den Newland received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 43rd minute. Damion Holt tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 47 minutes, Den Newland made it 2-0 with a short kick to the right side. Oddspredator.net's Damion Holt tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The wind increased when Leo Ackland made the kick off in the second half. In the 56th minute there was a penalty for Barr Point. CJ Street stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Damion Holt. 3-0. Damion Holt showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Den Newland in the 64th minute of the match. 65 minutes into the match, Oddspredator.net's goal looked a bit too open when Chris Bowler came free, but Damion Holt reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Oddspredator.net's Damion Holt played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Den Newland in the 66th minute of play. If Leo Ackland had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 72nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Den Newland in the 74th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Damion Holt saved Oddspredator.net from getting behind. 75 minutes into the match, Barr Point's goal looked a bit too open when Leo Ackland came free, but Jude Bonham reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 77th minute Den Newland shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Damion Holt saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Damion Holt made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Den Newland in the 80th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Oddspredator.net's Gwyn Hammett got a free kick in the 81st minute. Oddspredator.net's Damion Holt played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jamie Mayfield in the 88th minute of play. After 90 minutes, Dylan Fountain mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Oddspredator.net and the Barr Point players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 91st match minute, Oddspredator.net was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dylan Fountain to maneuver through the defense. 91 minutes into the game, Den Newland cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-0. Damion Holt was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Oddspredator.net's Dylon Coulson quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Brett Leeson, made in the 98th minute of the game. Oddspredator.net's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
