Through an outstanding action, after 16 minutes, Jörg Wagner successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Savas Kokkinos showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Harry Kane, who was totally free with the ball in the 19th minute. Christos Kostis received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 20th minute. Savas Kokkinos tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Savas Kokkinos showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Christos Kostis in the 26th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 28th minute, Alketas Tsirakis managed to get in a good position for a shot. ♏ⒶⓃⒶⓈⓉⒶⓈⒾ Ⓕ.Ⓒ♏'s supporters rose to their feet, but Alketas Tsirakis was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Savas Kokkinos breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Christos Kostis in the 30th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Savas Kokkinos prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 35 minutes into the match, INTER's goal looked a bit too open when Christos Kostis came free, but Savas Kokkinos reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the match had gone on for 37 minutes, Harry Kane put it in 0-2 from a short distance just to the right of Savas Kokkinos. In the 39th minute Alketas Tsirakis shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Savas Kokkinos saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 46th match minute, ♏ⒶⓃⒶⓈⓉⒶⓈⒾ Ⓕ.Ⓒ♏ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Trifon Theofilatos to maneuver through the defense. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-3 lead.

The INTER fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-3. A hard shot 84 in the game by Harry Kane from a close distance when the talented Savas Kokkinos managed to make a qualified save. INTER's players were relieved. Savas Kokkinos made a fantastic save in the 85th minute, when Harry Kane sent off a good shot on target. Harry Kane scored 1-6 in the 89th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Savas Kokkinos, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 93rd minute, Dionysis Souanis ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Savas Kokkinos was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-7. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. ♏ⒶⓃⒶⓈⓉⒶⓈⒾ Ⓕ.Ⓒ♏ had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
