Punk Fathers's supporters rose to their feet, but Charis Giasemis was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Erik Vale breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Themos Leontiadis had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Themos Leontiadis sent away a hard shot on goal in the 26th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Marios Kostis made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Themos Leontiadis in the 32nd minute of play. After 50 played minutes Panionios MK got a freekick which was hit by Omiros Maniatis. The crowd rose to their feet as Punk Fathers's Nikiforos Frantzeskos slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Erik Vale. That made the score 0-2 after 52 minutes of play. 55 minutes into the game, Efthimis Kakaronis threw the ball into play from the sideline. Panionios MK's Kyriakos Akrivoulis quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. Marios Kostis didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Themos Leontiadis went, in the 56th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-2 was the resulting score. Themos Leontiadis struck a weak shot in the 60th minute. Marios Kostis didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Panionios MK. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Themos Leontiadis in the 62nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Marios Kostis saved Punk Fathers from getting behind. An unexpectedly hard shot by Themos Leontiadis in the 65th minute of play forced Punk Fathers's goalkeeper Marios Kostis to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to Panionios MK getting a freekick after 66 minutes play. Argyris Ksagorarakis hit a great ball. In the 67th minute Marinos Koskotas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Erik Vale saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Themos Leontiadis received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 87th minute. Marios Kostis tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the final whistle sounded Punk Fathers left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Panionios MK.
