After a rather tough play, GOD OF WAR's Vassilis Drambas got a free kick in the 17th minute. Facundo Bertoglio took the ball and in the 20 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Styrbjörn Stokken. Styrbjörn Stokken dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Facundo Bertoglio's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Styrbjörn Stokken read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 23rd minute of play. Facundo Bertoglio recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 26th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 28th minute Facundo Bertoglio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Styrbjörn Stokken saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 31st minute, Jardel Sergipano got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 41 minutes had been played when some careless play by GREEK ARMY's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. David Fågel was slow to take the kick. During this time GOD OF WAR's players had a chance to rest. If Facundo Bertoglio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The audience was convinced that Facundo Bertoglio's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Styrbjörn Stokken was relentless in the 46th minute of the game. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Lambis Kazantzakoglou made a kick off. 52 minutes into the game, Recep Tayyip Özakıncı was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. GREEK ARMY's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave GOD OF WAR the free kick. In the 52nd minute, one of GREEK ARMY:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for GREEK ARMY. Styrbjörn Stokken had in the 53rdth minute some difficulties stopping David Fågel's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. 53 minutes into the match, David Fågel notched a goal, 0-3, to the right of GREEK ARMY's Styrbjörn Stokken. Styrbjörn Stokken was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 60th minute, Facundo Bertoglio reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Styrbjörn Stokken. The goal made the score 0-4. GOD OF WAR made a substitution. William Eliasson replaced Miltos Katevatis. Alekos Tsitsanis could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 67th minute of the match, but Styrbjörn Stokken made a huge save. In the 69th minute, GOD OF WAR's Alekos Tsitsanis dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-5. 73 minutes into the match, GREEK ARMY's goalkeeper Styrbjörn Stokken had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Alekos Tsitsanis. In the 78th minute the ball was on its way in behind GREEK ARMY's goalkeeper Styrbjörn Stokken, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. If Alekos Tsitsanis had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 79th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. GREEK ARMY made a substitution. Vrasidas Drambas replaced Recep Tayyip Özakıncı. Alekos Tsitsanis recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 83rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 85 played minutes GREEK ARMY got a freekick which was hit by Jardel Sergipano. 86 minutes into the match, GREEK ARMY's goal looked a bit too open when Alekos Tsitsanis came free, but Styrbjörn Stokken reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 88 minutes into the match, Grigoris Karagiotakis had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Spyros Renieris. GOD OF WAR's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Grigoris Karagiotakis was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-6. Spyros Renieris showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Grigoris Karagiotakis, who was totally free with the ball in the 91st minute. After 95 minutes GREEK ARMY's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was David Fågel who took care of the corner kick. It was a well-played corner which Vassilis Drambas managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. The GREEK ARMY fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. GOD OF WAR were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
