But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Christos Romanakoglou couldn't finish the play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Facundo Bertoglio in the 5th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Andreas Kousoulakis prevented the ball from getting in the gole. GOD OF WAR's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by David Fågel in the 6th minute. GOD OF WAR's David Fågel was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Andreas Kousoulakis in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Olympiacos FC's Andreas Kousoulakis played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Facundo Bertoglio in the 15th minute of play. In the 17thth minute of the game Facundo Bertoglio who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Olympiacos FC's Andreas Kousoulakis was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Vassilis Drambas in the 19th minute of play forced Olympiacos FC's goalkeeper Andreas Kousoulakis to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Olympiacos FC's Andreas Kousoulakis played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Facundo Bertoglio in the 22nd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Facundo Bertoglio in the 23rd minute of play forced Olympiacos FC's goalkeeper Andreas Kousoulakis to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 26 minutes into the game, Lazaros Tsakrilis was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Olympiacos FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave GOD OF WAR the free kick. After 26 played minutes Olympiacos FC got a freekick which was hit by Lazaros Tsakrilis. When GOD OF WAR's Facundo Bertoglio in the 31st minute got a chance for a shot 31st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Olympiacos FC's goalie prevented a goal. Facundo Bertoglio blasted a shot towards the goal in the 34th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Andreas Kousoulakis having to make a save. 34 minutes into the match, Olympiacos FC's goal looked a bit too open when Facundo Bertoglio came free, but Andreas Kousoulakis reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 36th minute Facundo Bertoglio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Andreas Kousoulakis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Facundo Bertoglio in the 41st minute of play forced Olympiacos FC's goalkeeper Andreas Kousoulakis to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 43 minutes into the match, Olympiacos FC's goal looked a bit too open when Facundo Bertoglio came free, but Andreas Kousoulakis reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Andreas Kousoulakis showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Facundo Bertoglio, who was totally free with the ball in the 47th minute.
The wind increased when Facundo Bertoglio made the kick off in the second half. Olympiacos FC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 52nd minute, when Vassilis Drambas scored to the left of an out of position Andreas Kousoulakis, making the score, 0-2. Andreas Kousoulakis made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Vassilis Drambas in the 56th minute of play. In the 59th minute the ball was on its way in behind Olympiacos FC's goalkeeper Andreas Kousoulakis, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The crowd rose to their feet as GOD OF WAR's Facundo Bertoglio slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Andreas Kousoulakis. That made the score 0-3 after 59 minutes of play. Olympiacos FC's Soulis Partalis was substituted for Panos Ntountas. 65 minutes into the match, Olympiacos FC's goalkeeper Andreas Kousoulakis had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Facundo Bertoglio. When the match had gone on for 66 minutes, Facundo Bertoglio took a quick shot and it went in 0-4 without a chance for Andreas Kousoulakis to make any attempt to save it. GOD OF WAR's William Eliasson was substituted for Miltos Katevatis. GOD OF WAR made a substitution. Alekos Tsitsanis replaced Facundo Bertoglio. Alekos Tsitsanis took the ball and in the 72 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Andreas Kousoulakis. Andreas Kousoulakis dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-5. Spyros Renieris made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Soulis Partalis in the 77th minute of play. The supporters of GOD OF WAR booed when Olympiacos FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 78 match minutes in a wonderful position. Soulis Partalis didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 80th minute the ball was on its way in behind Olympiacos FC's goalkeeper Andreas Kousoulakis, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 82nd minute Vassilis Drambas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Andreas Kousoulakis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Vassilis Drambas in the 84th minute of play forced Olympiacos FC's goalkeeper Andreas Kousoulakis to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Alekos Tsitsanis could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 87th minute of the match, but Andreas Kousoulakis made a huge save. In the 89th minute, GOD OF WAR's Alekos Tsitsanis dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-6. Alekos Tsitsanis's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Andreas Kousoulakis read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 92nd minute of play. 93 minutes had been played when some careless play by Olympiacos FC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. David Fågel was slow to take the kick. During this time GOD OF WAR's players had a chance to rest. David Fågel made a great header on GOD OF WAR's corner, it was just that Olympiacos FC's Andreas Kousoulakis managed to reach the ball for a save. After having played for 95 minutes, Alekos Tsitsanis managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. GOD OF WAR's supporters crossed their fingers, but Alekos Tsitsanis was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Alekos Tsitsanis got free with Andreas Kousoulakis in the 97th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. GOD OF WAR played a much better game than Olympiacos FC and deserved their victory. The Olympiacos FC players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
