Spectators: 170 (Terracing: 128, Seating: 39, VIP seats: 3) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Nedim Emekli started the match with the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Carles Pujol in the 3rd minute of play forced GREEK ARMY's goalkeeper Styrbjörn Stokken to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 3rd minute Carles Pujol shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Styrbjörn Stokken saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 7th minute of the match Mean Machine got a corner. GREEK ARMY's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Nikos Stasinos ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner led Mean Machine's Nikos Stasinos to fire away a dangerous shot which Styrbjörn Stokken despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Mean Machine's Menios Chloros played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jardel Sergipano in the 9th minute of play. In the 10th minute Nedim Emekli shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Styrbjörn Stokken saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 12 minutes, Grigoris Karagiotakis mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the GREEK ARMY and the Mean Machine players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 12th match minute, GREEK ARMY was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Grigoris Karagiotakis to maneuver through the defense. In the 19th minute GREEK ARMY were awarded a corner. Ksawery Gall went to the cornerflag to take it. GREEK ARMY's Ksawery Gall was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Menios Chloros in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. After having played for 20 minutes, Lambis Kazantzakoglou managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. GREEK ARMY's supporters crossed their fingers, but Lambis Kazantzakoglou was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Lambis Kazantzakoglou in the 24th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Menios Chloros saved Mean Machine from getting behind. GREEK ARMY were awarded a corner in the 25th minute after Mean Machine's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Ksawery Gall took the corner. GREEK ARMY's Jardel Sergipano was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Menios Chloros in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. In the 27th minute Miltos Makris shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Styrbjörn Stokken saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jardel Sergipano sent away a hard shot on goal in the 28th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Ksawery Gall during the 30th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 30th match minute, GREEK ARMY was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ksawery Gall to maneuver through the defense. Styrbjörn Stokken made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nikos Stasinos in the 31st minute of play. A collision led to GREEK ARMY getting a freekick after 33 minutes play. Kasper Elssen hit a great ball. Ksawery Gall hit a great freekick 38 minutes into the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Manolis Kioupouroglou got free with Styrbjörn Stokken in the 39th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 43 minutes into the match, Mean Machine's goal looked a bit too open when Jardel Sergipano came free, but Menios Chloros reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 45th minute, Mean Machine's Nedim Emekli dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Jardel Sergipano made a kick off. Jardel Sergipano kicked a quick shot right in front of the goal in the 51stth minute. Though ot was a great shot Mean Machine's keeper Menios Chloros was sill able to block leaving the score board unchanged. 54 minutes into the match, GREEK ARMY's goal looked a bit too open when Nedim Emekli came free, but Styrbjörn Stokken reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Miltos Makris received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 55th minute. Styrbjörn Stokken tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 57 minutes into the match, GREEK ARMY's goal looked a bit too open when Miltos Makris came free, but Styrbjörn Stokken reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, GREEK ARMY's Grigoris Karagiotakis got a free kick in the 58th minute. GREEK ARMY's Styrbjörn Stokken played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nedim Emekli in the 59th minute of play. Styrbjörn Stokken showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Carles Pujol in the 61st minute of the match. Styrbjörn Stokken showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nedim Emekli, who was totally free with the ball in the 62nd minute. When Grigoris Karagiotakis came up free with the goalie in the 67th minute, the GREEK ARMY fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Grigoris Karagiotakis couldn't finish the play. Mean Machine's Luca Milivojević was substituted for Lakis Mantarinakis. If Nedim Emekli had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 70th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Nedim Emekli might have been able to make a better finish in the 71st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Styrbjörn Stokken. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Nedim Emekli ran back to his position shaking his head. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Jardel Sergipano during the 75th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 75th match minute, GREEK ARMY was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jardel Sergipano to maneuver through the defense. In the 78th minute Nedim Emekli shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Styrbjörn Stokken saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 85th minute the ball was on its way in behind GREEK ARMY's goalkeeper Styrbjörn Stokken, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Nedim Emekli blasted a shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Styrbjörn Stokken having to make a save. 93 minutes into the match, Mean Machine's Nedim Emekli sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Styrbjörn Stokken narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Menios Chloros took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Grigoris Karagiotakis, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.
