Jose F.C.'s manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Evripidis Zoubadellis was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. YELLOW FC's Vaggelis Lalas played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Chatziantoniou Vakoufaris in the 20th minute of play. After 21 minutes YELLOW FC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Ntinos Kaliakatsos who took care of the corner kick. A well-hit corner resulted in Periklis Pagopoulos heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. Vaggelis Lalas took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ntinos Kaliakatsos, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Themos Panagakis hit a great freekick 25 minutes into the match. Vaggelis Lalas showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ntinos Kaliakatsos in the 27th minute of the match. Vaggelis Lalas stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ntinos Kaliakatsos's shot from short distance in the 27th minute. Aris Zanteroglou took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jan-Olof Kämpe, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Vaggelis Lalas showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Chatziantoniou Vakoufaris, who was totally free with the ball in the 35th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Chatziantoniou Vakoufaris in the 39th minute of play forced YELLOW FC's goalkeeper Vaggelis Lalas to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jose F.C.'s attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Ntinos Kaliakatsos in the 40th minute. The corner led Jose F.C.'s Chatziantoniou Vakoufaris to fire away a dangerous shot which Vaggelis Lalas despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. The Jose F.C. fans' excitement grew in the 40th match minute when Jose F.C.'s Chatziantoniou Vakoufaris looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 2-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. When YELLOW FC's Jan-Olof Kämpe in the 43rd minute got a chance for a shot 43rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Jan-Olof Kämpe stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 73rd minute, Ntinos Kaliakatsos ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Vaggelis Lalas was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-2. In the 76th minute, Avraam Sevastopoulos made a precise shot to the right of Aris Zanteroglou. Jose F.C.'s defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-2. After 84 minutes, Sebastián Reina mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Jose F.C. and the YELLOW FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 84th minute, one of Jose F.C.:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Jose F.C.. In the 85th minute there was a penalty for YELLOW FC. Thanasis Robos stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Aris Zanteroglou. 5-2. Aris Zanteroglou took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Avraam Sevastopoulos, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Aris Zanteroglou stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Jan-Olof Kämpe's shot from short distance in the 91st minute. Chatziantoniou Vakoufaris sent away a hard shot on goal in the 93rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. YELLOW FC were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Jose F.C. for a fine match.
