The Toutourouki f.c. fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Tolis Mantouvalos should have stopped the shot. In the 27th minute, Santiago Silva made a precise shot to the right of Tolis Mantouvalos. Toutourouki f.c.'s defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-0. Santiago Silva could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 29th minute of the match, but Tolis Mantouvalos made a huge save. 32 minutes into the match, Toutourouki f.c.'s goal looked a bit too open when Edmondo Del Monte came free, but Tolis Mantouvalos reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Santiago Silva in the 40th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Tolis Mantouvalos prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The audience was convinced that Santiago Silva's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Tolis Mantouvalos was relentless in the 42nd minute of the game. After 43 minutes Toutourouki f.c.'s defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Petros Mirtsos who took care of the corner kick. The corner led ΠΑΟΚ FC's Ronaldão Mendonça to fire away a dangerous shot which Tolis Mantouvalos despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Ulises Domeka was the one to do the kick off. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Santiago Silva in the 54th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Tolis Mantouvalos prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Edmondo Del Monte took the ball and in the 56 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Tolis Mantouvalos. Tolis Mantouvalos dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 6-0. Tolis Mantouvalos showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Edmondo Del Monte, who was totally free with the ball in the 61st minute. In the 62nd minute, Santiago Silva ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Tolis Mantouvalos was frozen by the shot and now it was 7-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Santiago Silva in the 67th minute of play forced Toutourouki f.c.'s goalkeeper Tolis Mantouvalos to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 68 minutes into the match, Santiago Silva notched a goal, 8-0, to the right of Toutourouki f.c.'s Tolis Mantouvalos. Tolis Mantouvalos was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 72ndth minute of the game Santiago Silva who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Toutourouki f.c.'s Tolis Mantouvalos was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball.
