In the 3rd minute of the match, Augusto Landero tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Manolis Ntouvaris saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. After 6 minutes Drafi's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Babbis Theodorakakos who took care of the corner kick. Chatziioannou Stavrakos took the ball and in the 8 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Ilias Seichanidis. Ilias Seichanidis dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. The supporters of Drafi booed when ΟΦΗ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 11 match minutes in a wonderful position. Luca Codrea didn't get a good kick on the ball. Drafi's Chatziioannou Stavrakos managed to work through ΟΦΗ's defense and was going for an easy goal, but he hit the shot with his toe and the ball flew outside the goal. Chatziioannou Stavrakos dejectedly held out his arms as if to ask why the ball hadn't gone in. ΟΦΗ were awarded a corner in the 18th minute after Drafi's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Babbis Theodorakakos took the corner. Augusto Landero could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 20th minute of the match, but Manolis Ntouvaris made a huge save. Apostolis Kalopoulos received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 22nd minute. Manolis Ntouvaris tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Augusto Landero fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Manolis Ntouvaris having to interfere. Soulis Felegakis received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 27th minute. Ilias Seichanidis tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. ΟΦΗ's Ilias Seichanidis played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Soulis Felegakis in the 30th minute of play. In the 30th minute, Soulis Felegakis left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. Oğuzhan Tolun charged in rather forcefully in the 46th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Oğuzhan Tolun the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 46th match minute, ΟΦΗ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Oğuzhan Tolun to maneuver through the defense. Drafi's Takis Chatzigiannis was substituted for Claudio Busillo.

After having played for 55 minutes, Soulis Felegakis managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Drafi's supporters crossed their fingers, but Soulis Felegakis was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Manolis Ntouvaris showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nasos Papadis, who was totally free with the ball in the 57th minute. The supporters of Drafi booed when ΟΦΗ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 59 match minutes in a wonderful position. Nasos Papadis didn't get a good kick on the ball. Daniel Malinovský fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 60th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ilias Seichanidis having to interfere. If Chatziioannou Stavrakos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to Drafi getting a freekick after 68 minutes play. Zheng Xing Kang hit a great ball. When Daniel Malinovský, who was free, got the in front of the goal in the 72 minute he wasn't focused and tipped the ball just over the goal. The Ilias Seichanidis was delighted since the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. A collision led to ΟΦΗ getting a freekick after 78 minutes play. 苏铮思 hit a great ball. Edgard Elssen sent away a hard shot on goal in the 80th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After a rather tough play, ΟΦΗ's 苏铮思 got a free kick in the 85th minute. Nektarios Bezass short, quick shot in the 86thth minute got Ilias Seichanidis to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. In the 88th minute Nektarios Bezas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ilias Seichanidis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in ΟΦΗ's zone, Soulis Felegakis stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ilias Seichanidis came out of the goal and Soulis Felegakis tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 96 minutes, Nektarios Bezas made it 1-4 with a short kick to the right side. ΟΦΗ's Ilias Seichanidis tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot.
