After some fancy dribbling in the 9th minute, Alexis Thessalonikios managed to get in a good position for a shot. ΑΣΤΕΡΑΣ ΣΟΛΟΜΟΥ's supporters rose to their feet, but Alexis Thessalonikios was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Nikos Kontodimos breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Nikos Kontodimos showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gilberto Gonçalves in the 10th minute of the match. With his leg Nikos Kontodimos managed to avoid a goal in the 30thth minute, when ΑΣΤΕΡΑΣ ΣΟΛΟΜΟΥ's Alexis Thessalonikios fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. The audience was convinced that Louis Drakopoulos's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Nikos Kontodimos was relentless in the 68th minute of the game. Nikos Kontodimos showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gilberto Gonçalves, who was totally free with the ball in the 69th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Louis Drakopoulos in the 70th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Nikos Kontodimos saved Panthiseiakos from getting behind. Louis Drakopoulos took the ball and in the 76 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Nikos Kontodimos. Nikos Kontodimos dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 9-0. Nikos Kontodimos showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Louis Drakopoulos, who was totally free with the ball in the 79th minute. Nikos Kontodimos stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Louis Drakopoulos's shot from short distance in the 81st minute. Panthiseiakos's Nikos Kontodimos played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Iosif Briolas in the 82nd minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Iosif Briolas in the 82nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Nikos Kontodimos prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 83rdth minute of the game Louis Drakopoulos who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Panthiseiakos's Nikos Kontodimos was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Sotiris Giannopoulos took the ball and in the 84 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Nikos Kontodimos. Nikos Kontodimos dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 10-0. After some careless play in the Panthiseiakos defense, Louis Drakopoulos kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Nikos Kontodimos. The Panthiseiakos fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Nikos Kontodimos should have stopped the shot. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Louis Drakopoulos in the 96th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Nikos Kontodimos prevented the ball from getting in the gole. There was no doubt that ΑΣΤΕΡΑΣ ΣΟΛΟΜΟΥ were the better team. ΑΣΤΕΡΑΣ ΣΟΛΟΜΟΥ's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
