Thalis Abaris was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 4 minutes into the match. 3 minutes into the game, one of ΑΣΤΡΑΧΑΝ:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Stathis Panagakis placed the ball on the penalty spot and got himself ready to shoot. Post out! With a couple of smart ball manuevers Stathis Panagakis in the 12th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Iosif Tsoleridis saved ΑΣΤΡΑΧΑΝ from getting behind. When Eustaquio Vermudo came up free with the goalie in the 14th minute, the ΑΣΤΡΑΧΑΝ fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Eustaquio Vermudo couldn't finish the play. Iosif Tsoleridis showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Stathis Panagakis in the 19th minute of the match. Zisis Pnevmatikatos made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Giorgos Kounenakis in the 23rd minute of play. In the 30th minute, Davi Lendaa hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Vaggelis Bakogiannopoulos might have been able to make a better finish in the 31st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Iosif Tsoleridis. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Vaggelis Bakogiannopoulos ran back to his position shaking his head. An unexpectedly hard shot by Vaggelis Bakogiannopoulos in the 31st minute of play forced ΑΣΤΡΑΧΑΝ's goalkeeper Iosif Tsoleridis to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Iosif Tsoleridis stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Stathis Panagakis's shot from short distance in the 37th minute. Fokas Souflas made in the 43rd minute of the game a quick throw-in and 吕风夕 immediately put the ball in play. After 46 played minutes Gozilla got a freekick which was hit by Dimitris Kreziadis. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Eustaquio Vermudo stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Iosif Tsoleridis made a fantastic save in the 61st minute, when Stathis Panagakis sent off a good shot on target. The supporters of Gozilla booed when ΑΣΤΡΑΧΑΝ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 65 match minutes in a wonderful position. Davi Lendaa didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Vaggelis Bakogiannopoulos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 77th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 79th minute, Vaggelis Bakogiannopoulos managed to get in a good position for a shot. Gozilla's supporters rose to their feet, but Vaggelis Bakogiannopoulos was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Iosif Tsoleridis breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. ΑΣΤΡΑΧΑΝ's Iosif Tsoleridis played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Stathis Panagakis in the 83rd minute of play. The throw-in from Giorgos Kounenakis in the 85th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Gozilla's Thymios Balamoutis. Gozilla's Zisis Pnevmatikatos played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kerem Aktürkoglu in the 87th minute of play. It was a well-played corner which Anthimos Nioras managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. In the 91st minute, Thymios Balamoutis hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 93 minutes into the match, ΑΣΤΡΑΧΑΝ's Nektarios Dourekas sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Zisis Pnevmatikatos narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
