In the 19th minute Krzysztof Skoroda shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dorel Călin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 19 minutes into the match, FC LEVSKI ОК's goalkeeper Dorel Călin had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Krzysztof Skoroda. If Chris Rea had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 25 minutes into the game, Venko Devenski cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Eliseo Moreno was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 30 minutes into the match, FC LEVSKI ОК's goal looked a bit too open when Dimcho Fuskov came free, but Dorel Călin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Cup2's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. Alain Kheyari hit a great freekick 40 minutes into the match. After a defensive mix-up in FC LEVSKI ОК's zone, Krzysztof Skoroda stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Dorel Călin came out of the goal and Krzysztof Skoroda tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Krzysztof Skoroda stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After a rather tough play, Cup2's Martin Ødegaard got a free kick in the 51st minute. Eliseo Moreno showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Irinel Greavu in the 52nd minute of the match. Martin Ødegaard kicked well hit freekick during the 57th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Irinel Greavu in the 65th minute of play forced Cup2's goalkeeper Eliseo Moreno to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience was convinced that Irinel Greavu's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Eliseo Moreno was relentless in the 70th minute of the game.
