But to his dismay, Denílson 慕容 quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Lautaro Martines fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 14th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ni Guang Yong having to interfere. Denílson 慕容 struck a weak shot in the 17th minute. Keilor Navas didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Бенковски Тетевен. The FC Kyustendil fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Keilor Navas should have stopped the shot. 41 minutes into the match, Бенковски Тетевен's goal looked a bit too open when Lautaro Martines came free, but Ni Guang Yong reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Denílson 慕容 took the ball and in the 44 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Keilor Navas. Keilor Navas dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-4. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-4 lead.

The wind increased when Denílson 慕容 made the kick off in the second half. Ni Guang Yong showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lennox Lewis, who was totally free with the ball in the 53rd minute. Robin Hood kicked well hit freekick during the 56th minute of the match. With a little luck, FC Kyustendil's Keilor Navas got control of the ball when Bennvar Toppinen tried to sneak it across the goal line. The corner ended in Francisc Turcu almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but FC Kyustendil's Keilor Navas did a great save. Aleks Vaskov was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. The audience thought a goal was coming when Robin Hood got free with Keilor Navas in the 90th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Denílson 慕容 in the 93rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Keilor Navas saved FC Kyustendil from getting behind. After a rather tough play, FC Kyustendil's Oskar Lindqvist got a free kick in the 94th minute. Бенковски Тетевен's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
