Kim Hänninen came out of the goal and Janne Töpperwien tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Karhulan Veikot's Cássio Ramos proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 19th minute of the match, managed to save Karhulan Veikot from getting a goal against them. 22 minutes into the match, Galand FC's goal looked a bit too open when Janne Töpperwien came free, but Kim Hänninen reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Janne Töpperwien fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 24th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kim Hänninen having to interfere. Karhulan Veikot's Cássio Ramos proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 26th minute of the match, managed to save Karhulan Veikot from getting a goal against them. 28 minutes into the match, Karhulan Veikot's Janne Töpperwien sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Kim Hänninen narrowly saved just below the crossbar.
