Cássio Ramos made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Taisto Pentsinen in the 19th minute of play. 19 minutes into the match, Karhulan Veikot's goal looked a bit too open when Taisto Pentsinen came free, but Cássio Ramos reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Karhulan Veikot's Cássio Ramos played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eero Uusipaavalniemi in the 22nd minute of play. 25 minutes into the game, Valdemar Kuoppala cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-3. Janne Töpperwien recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 39th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Karhulan Veikot's Cássio Ramos played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Davide Beckham in the 43rd minute of play. 45 minutes into the match, Manchester United FC's goal looked a bit too open when Janne Töpperwien came free, but Edwin van der Sar reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 47 minutes into the match, Karhulan Veikot's goal looked a bit too open when Valdemar Kuoppala came free, but Cássio Ramos reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Taisto Pentsinen in the 58th minute of play forced Karhulan Veikot's goalkeeper Cássio Ramos to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Benjamin Somervuori fell near the penalty area in the 58th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Karhulan Veikot's protests and gave Benjamin Somervuori a yellow card for diving instead. Benjamin Somervuori kicked well hit freekick during the 58th minute of the match. Manchester United FC's Edwin van der Sar played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Janne Töpperwien in the 62nd minute of play. Cássio Ramos stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Erik Cantona's shot from short distance in the 88th minute. The throw-in from Erkki Virta in the 90th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Karhulan Veikot's Daniel Heinikangas. Cássio Ramos took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Erik Cantona, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Manchester United FC's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
