Grzegorz Czerwinski might have been able to make a better finish in the 18th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Ede Süßmann. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. The Westerland FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ede Süßmann should have stopped the shot. The audience was convinced that Grzegorz Czerwinski's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Ede Süßmann was relentless in the 43rd minute of the game. Ede Süßmann made an important save on a dangerous shot by Grzegorz Czerwinski in the 97th minute. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Mäusekicker had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
