Bastian Abel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mattias Hilger in the 8th minute of play. 9 minutes into the match, Give Peace a Chance's goal looked a bit too open when Udo Giehl came free, but Bruno Untermann reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience was convinced that Udo Giehl's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Bruno Untermann was relentless in the 10th minute of the game. FC Eisenberg's Bastian Abel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Silvester Schwede in the 12th minute of play. The corner ended in Lex Punke almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but FC Eisenberg's Bastian Abel did a great save. 18 minutes had been played when some careless play by FC Eisenberg's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Lex Punke was slow to take the kick. During this time Give Peace a Chance's players had a chance to rest. Herbert Hopmeier's late challenge caught a Give Peace a Chance's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Herbert Hopmeier helped the player get up and apologised. If Silvester Schwede had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 24th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Give Peace a Chance's Bruno Untermann played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Udo Giehl in the 26th minute of play. In the 28th minute Werner Zernicke shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bastian Abel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Bastian Abel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Silvester Schwede in the 34th minute of the match. Bruno Untermann made a fantastic save in the 35th minute, when Luka Peters sent off a good shot on target. An unexpectedly hard shot by Silvester Schwede in the 37th minute of play forced FC Eisenberg's goalkeeper Bastian Abel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Give Peace a Chance were awarded a corner in the 38th minute after FC Eisenberg's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Lex Punke took the corner. Bruno Untermann was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 42nd minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Silvio Abergell.

Bruno Untermann showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Udo Giehl in the 50th minute of the match. A collision led to Give Peace a Chance getting a freekick after 51 minutes play. Lex Punke hit a great ball. Bruno Untermann stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Udo Giehl's shot from short distance in the 54th minute. Bastian Abel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Silvester Schwede, who was totally free with the ball in the 56th minute. In the 57th minute Give Peace a Chance were awarded a corner. Lex Punke went to the cornerflag to take it. Lu Sang hit a great freekick 59 minutes into the match. Through an outstanding action, after 79 minutes, Bastian Abel successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. After 80 played minutes FC Eisenberg got a freekick which was hit by Mario Neumann. With 82 minutes on the clock, David Higuera commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. The referee gave FC Eisenberg a penalty, 83 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Udo Giehl, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Give Peace a Chance's Bruno Untermann. 1-0. In the 87th minute of the match Give Peace a Chance got a corner. FC Eisenberg's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Lex Punke ran over to the corner to take the kick. Lex Punke's late challenge caught a FC Eisenberg's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Lex Punke helped the player get up and apologised. When Apollo Schönbucher fell near the penalty area in the 96th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored FC Eisenberg's protests and gave Apollo Schönbucher a yellow card for diving instead. Apollo Schönbucher hit a great freekick 96 minutes into the match. In the 97th minute Mattias Hilger shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bastian Abel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
