When Göran Danielsson fell near the penalty area in the 37th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored FC Wallersdorf's protests and gave Göran Danielsson a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, FC Wallersdorf's Göran Danielsson got a free kick in the 37th minute. 39 minutes into the match, FC Wallersdorf's goal looked a bit too open when Edwin Van den Bossche came free, but Elia Bobadilla reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Elia Bobadilla showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Oriano Junco in the 65th minute of the match. Elia Bobadilla made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Edwin Van den Bossche in the 67th minute of play. Fredo Rösch showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bruno Andres, who was totally free with the ball in the 89th minute. In the 90th minute Leo Polenz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fredo Rösch saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The Hornbosteler SV supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching FC Wallersdorf's performance. The match ended with a win for FC Wallersdorf.
