In the 4th minute Adrian Neubauer shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sepp Meier saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 5 minutes into the match, SC Night Cats's goal looked a bit too open when Adrian Neubauer came free, but Sepp Meier reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Xabat Acedo in the 6th minute of play forced FC Temeswar Banat's goalkeeper Aimé Holtmann to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Attila Szalai had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 9th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Aimé Holtmann took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ulises Pagomari, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 16th minute Xabat Acedo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aimé Holtmann saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Trendafil Dzhendov fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 22nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sepp Meier having to interfere. 26 minutes into the game, Adrian Neubauer cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Sepp Meier was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 31 minutes into the match, SC Night Cats's goal looked a bit too open when Adrian Neubauer came free, but Sepp Meier reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Zhou Yan Qi hit a great freekick 33 minutes into the match. Aimé Holtmann made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Xabat Acedo in the 34th minute of play. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

The wind increased when Adrian Neubauer made the kick off in the second half. 50 minutes into the match, SC Night Cats's goalkeeper Sepp Meier had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Adrian Neubauer. Sepp Meier stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Adrian Neubauer's shot from short distance in the 52nd minute. 54 minutes into the match, Torsten Despang notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of FC Temeswar Banat's Aimé Holtmann. Aimé Holtmann was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Benjamin Kielberg hit a great freekick 57 minutes into the match. Aimé Holtmann showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Xabat Acedo, who was totally free with the ball in the 59th minute. The supporters of FC Temeswar Banat booed when SC Night Cats was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 61 match minutes in a wonderful position. Torsten Despang didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 62nd minute, Adrian Neubauer sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and SC Night Cats's Sepp Meier didn't even have to move. An unexpectedly hard shot by Xabat Acedo in the 63rd minute of play forced FC Temeswar Banat's goalkeeper Aimé Holtmann to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 66 minutes had been played when some careless play by SC Night Cats's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Adrian Neubauer was slow to take the kick. During this time FC Temeswar Banat's players had a chance to rest. The throw-in from Hinrich Heinzmann in the 69th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by FC Temeswar Banat's Hüseyin Turan Aytolun. Adrian Neubauer recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 71st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Sepp Meier took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Adrian Neubauer, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience was convinced that Adrian Neubauer's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Sepp Meier was relentless in the 81st minute of the game. Xabat Acedo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 82nd minute. Aimé Holtmann tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 90th minute the ball was on its way in behind SC Night Cats's goalkeeper Sepp Meier, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Trendafil Dzhendov kicked well hit freekick during the 91st minute of the match. Aimé Holtmann made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Xabat Acedo in the 92nd minute of play. The FC Temeswar Banat players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented SC Night Cats from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
